If you live in Bayelsa, u can go to the address just to confirm if the person lives there. if thats the case, you can report him to the police with proof that he collected money from you and you need there help. I know the Police cannot be trusted a lot of the time but I do not support violence as you may end up on the wrong side of the conflict. #BeWise

Once you confront the scammer with details like this, some will panic n teturn ur cash
