I upgraded my Lumia 1320 from 8.1 to windows 10 (through window insider app)on Friday,since then my phone has turned to frying pan,very hot and I was surprised that hangs for the first time,I had to download windows recovery tool to go back to8.0 and later upgrade back to 8.1 but every other thing about w10 is cool

LET IT BE ON RECORD!!!

THE TOTAL HUMILIATION OF ONDO STATES STUDENTS: AN ABUSE TO DEMOCRATIC VALUES AT THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF ONDO STATE STUDENTS (NATIONAL BODY) ELECTION

Let it be on record that the electioneering process of the National Association of Ondo State Students (NATIONAL BODY) was held today 4th of July, 2015 simultaneously, one at the stronghold of a top government official in Akure North and another at an undisclosed location for reasons not far from security.

All legitimate Ondo State students senators (eligible voters) were compelled to move out of the election to a safer spot, simply because of the fact that a known government official who doubles as a member of the Ondo State House of Assembly have decided to take over the structure of the election in the interest of the government of the day for party interest. It was at the latter location of our choosing that Sen. Ebiwonjumi Humphrey Akintoye was duly elected as the National President of NAOSS in a keenly contested, free and fair atmosphere in contrast to the unruly and unconstitutional electioneering process organised by the said government officials.

Let it also be on record that enforcement agents that were brought in by the official working for the governor, started shooting sporadically into the air and at the students under the instruction of the said Honourable representing Akure North at the Ondo State House of Assembly. Let it be known also, that the whereabout of over twenty students that are known to be legal electorates still remains unknown to us. Although report reaching us suggests that they might have been wounded by the bullets being shot by the unruly and uncontrollable law enforcement agents that was denied by the Nigeria Police Public Relation Officer, Ondo state command.

It is more disheartening also to have learnt that the guns were being shot into the air so as to chase the eligible electorates that were brought in by the source working for the government of the day.

We are concerned at the manner in which the military officers, members of the police forces, the members of the anti-cultism squad together with miscreants in a combined efforts infringed on the right to dignity of human person of peaceful Ondo state students meeting to perform their civic rights. This in no doubt is a slap on the dignity and personal life of the common Ondo states students whose intention is to cast their votes without any infringement on their rights.

However, the irregularities observed in the course of the disrupted kangarooed elections are as follows:

An unconstitutional independent electoral commission with majority of her members from top government functionaries in the state who have nothing to do with studentship was observed.

Unrecognised and ineligible senators (chapters’ president and secretaries) camped in a resort centre accompanied with fat envelopes for reasons of electoral misconduct with the influence of the aforementioned legislator believed to be acting the script handed to him by the state government.

The said kangarooed election was declared inconclusive by the constitutionally unrecognised electoral commission chairman after which legitimate senators requested for the destruction of less than twenty votes which had been casted earlier and were subsequently disrupted under the authority of the said honourable who ordered security agencies to distract the students which led to the sporadic and intermittent gunshots aimed at the students – in order to preserve the ballots from the interest of the eligible voters.

The ballots box was moved to the nearby police station close to Ejioba High School and returned with over one hundred and fifty unscrupulous ballots in the presence of less than four agents and declared in the absence of the legitimate senators that left to conduct a students’ decided free and fair election of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF ONDO STATES STUDENTS (NATIONAL BODY)

The suspicious presence of the members of the state government cabinet, a member of the state house of assembly as the organizer of the election is a serious aberration of the NAOSS constitution which has best recognised them as nothing but observers.

As a coalition representing concerned Ondo state students we are indeed concerned about the manner certain individuals of the state government functionaries and law enforcement agencies seeks to denigrate the efforts of legitimate and progressive students’ senators of the National Association of Ondo State Students who travelled far and near in our determined bid to stamp out the scourge of political influence and “god-fatherism” which has ravaged the development of the association.

In all this, the handwriting of the government of the day was written clearly on the proceedings of an election which can be termed as being void of fairness, transparency and democratic values. Thus, we are using this medium to report our claims and prayers to all to all NAOSSites, global human right group not only to condemn the unruly attitude of the government functionaries concerned but to stand for what is just and best for the National Association of Ondo state students, that we are not part of the falsified election held at Ejioba High School, Oba-Ile, Akure.

well, i spoke from experience. a friend bought it to have a feel of windows OS because he was getting tired of android wahala. maybe it can play some heavy games but HD games won't play on it. try to download some HD games.. Eg ?
