This Jubreal007 guy, I had similar experience with him on July 23rd. This is what happened.

So this guy once texted over a month ago concerning PayPal funds after seeing my posts on here. We agreed on a deal and the transaction was fast and swift. Ever since then, he randomly texts me to ask if I have PayPal funds to sell but I have another guy I sell to so I always give him excuses and promise him next time.

Fast forward to 2 weeks ago, Jubreal request for PayPal funds became increasingly intensed. After so much disturbance for 2 weeks, I had to withdraw from Fiverr just to sell to him. I didn't even negotiate rate with him as he's now like an online friend to me.

After sending, nigga told me he'll buy at the rate of 1,300. I was so pissed and told him off, I sha reluctantly told him to send it. Then he said he's gotten to bank limit and he will send it the next day by 9am. The next day, he started coming up with different stories and by this time I was so angry cos you've been disturbing me for this funds for over 2 weeks only to do this. I started threatening him and promised to pick him up. After so many back and forth, insults and abuses I finally got my money around 3:30 pm on 24th of July.

My conclusion, I'm not really sure if he's a scammer or he's probably just testing waters on how to be a scammer. He replied my messages but just giving excuses and all. I wouldn't deal with him anymore. I hope you get your money back soon or you can take some actions so he knows you aren't joking. Stop all these he's a nice guy and send him proper curses.
