Incase of next time though, if your account is permanently limited and you have fund inside, one easier way to move out fund without waiting for the 180 days is to check through your transactions history that is not up to 180 days.

Look for one of your trusted guys you have transacted with before, refund the person then provide another mail for the person to pay the fund you refunded.

If that doesn’t work for you, once the 180days is completed and no bank was linked to the account, chat paypal support and provide them a mail. They will send you a form to fill, after filling, paypal will grant you access to send out the fund.

Another way is to look for Afticard, link it and transfer the fund.
