Me: OU is the highest ranked of the schools and they offer a specialisation in computational optimization which is an area am interested in VO: why are you interested in this area? Me: because I have recently been part of projects in my organization that are related to process improvement and suply chain systems optimization. Even though these projects made significant contributions to the company I realised that we could have done even better if we had someone highly skilled in optimization techniques in the team. I wish to fill that skill gap VO: What do you do in (my company)? Me: I told him At this point he examined both documents carefully. Yes and he asked whether I was married and I said no. Also whether I had travelled out of the country before and I said no. Then he said ok that he will put my visa on hold in order to verify my financial documents. He kept my passport and i20 and other forms as well. He brought out a white paper and ticked administrative processing and gave it to me. I asked him what I have to do now and he said I should just sit tight that they will contact me by text message or email I said thank you and carry my things waka My Visa was approved 2 days Later. Thank God |

Asis: That's gud,@ least there was one,out of many who is still a virgin, whether she makes a bad wife or not o,or she thus has a terrible character n attitude or not o,one thing is clear she maintained her virtue, her pride n her dignity..thumbs up girl, cuz u have fulfilled 60sec worth of distance race,as described by Rudyard kipling...There is always joy,in that which is gud...doesnt necessarily make her virtuous. who cares abt virginity anyway? not me 4sure |
Tusky44: If the guy had a poor command of English like you, why doesn't he deserve the merciless beating from the police officer?I hate these Professors of English on Nairaland. Nothing to contribute , just go about looking for little errors to point out. |

Pls contributions from current Lagos state corpers and other informed people would be greatly appreciated |
Hi everyone. I am a prospective 2013 batch A corper hoping to serve in lagos. Pls i would like to know how far Lagos State implements the said policy of posting corpers to only govt institutions. I heard it was only enforced in 2012 batch A after which things returned to normal. Also what are the chances of an elect/elect engineering graduate with a good degree getting posted to a good company? |
