These are questions for my non-immigrant visa colleagues at https://www.nairaland.com/1792662/u.s-non-immigrant-visas-listening . But we're not going to give anyone tips on what to say about ties. People should be honest, and if they're eligible, then they're eligible; if not, then they should not receive a visa.
sure that's correct. Well That's ok. Thank you for the answer. And applying with a virgin passport wouldn't be bad. He is applying next week. Wishing u a beautiful day @ work Ma'm top of the morning!!! Wish to meet u in person someday bt till then u are always blessed. And anyone whose intentions aren't right u honest information will fish them out but blessed those u have blessed with it. *Hugs*

Based on what you've written, that's right. And yes, feel free to bring your Facebook chat records and phone records.
I thought I could send her our facebook chat and also my phone record with MTN to include to the pettition. Is it neccessary? Does she have to send the I-134 to the USCIS along with her evidence?

I am indeed grateful Ma'm. This untypical of people who are above bt u have really shown real love to humanity bt helping people with genuine relationships re-unite with their heartbeats. I miss mine more than I could really write down here, bt if I pay u stipends to divulge such vital informaton to aid me in marrying my fiancee, It would be very expensive. Bt here u are. Thank u. My fiancee is above the poverty rate with no household member, she's above the rate for category of 1householder am I right cos she doesn't have a dependant bt her self.

Thank you for your kind words! Every relationship is different, so bring whatever you have. The most important thing will be how you talk about the relationship -- whether you are able to answer questions credibly, and not just quote memorized information. We don't expect you to know every single detail about your fiance(e), but you should be able to talk with us the same way you'd be able to tell an old friend about the relationship. The beneficiary does not need to show any financial documents, by the way.
. What if we are both students and I am the one supporting it? I have a bank statement that might have $4,000 and a landed property I jst bought as an evidence of support what do you think Ma'm? Thank you for the previous answer.

Sorry me again, Maybe one question Ma'm or Sir, the trust is we never intended for all dis to happen, we were in school in Nigeria and suddely her family asked her to come back to usa, we didn't tAke much photos we have like 10 of us together, phone records, facebook n lil of whatsapp. Does she have to show dis while filing for the I-129F pettition cos I do most of the calling and texting from Nigeria. Not having too many photos would that be any qualms in d interview date? And while she files for the I-129F is it mandetory I also write a statement of intent, since we will write it? Am so sorry I ask too many questions.

This I must say its a trailblazing act by the titan woman and the more enlightened once who are helping we green horns on this application of K1 visa n who have selflessly put it upon themselves to help two hearts that beat as one reunit. Well I have something Ma'm and people who are more enlightened than I am on this, that's bothering me and that is what are the documents, both supporting documents to be submitted for K1 visa by the beneficiary. I would want to apply next year. Thank you Ma'm. And do I have to also get my account statement? Please I wish I could be helped here.
