It is not a mark up test but this second cbt is the next stage after the first cbt where 918 people were shortlisted and after this stage comes interview. The 2nd cbt was to trim down the number to say 300 or less,although am not too sure of the number before the final interview proper.

I dont believe in that undue advantage bro. I shared the questions I could remember for option A when I came out. It is all about grace.

Not really bro. A friend of mine gave me that hint he got from a reliable source and I feel it is worth sharing with fellow nairalanders. When I came out of the hall, I felt free sharing my experiences with those who have not written but those who left before didn't want to share at all. It is all about the grace and not stiff competition.

Most scores below 50 but had few friends with 60, 63 and 65%.

Hopefully yes, but God will open more doors. Actually a total of 918 candidates were invited for the second amd last cbt prior to the interview proper. Inclusive of this number is both academic and non academic positions.

The 2nd CBT ended today amidst all odds. Quite stressful but all thanks to God. Waiting for the interview invite next week.

Am still in the waiting hall. Guys who have done should pls paste the foreign affairs questions at least.

Yes I got invite too for a second CBT on 21/01/15. Is there any nairalander that would offer to share his/her experience in past PSIN CBT.

Is it only those that applied to petroleum and natural gas that is been called? I have been called and applied to the same department.

I also got the text message today for another CBT on 21/01/2015. I am also in the group that wrote the CBT twice before writing the PBT on 29/12/2014. I applied for Lecture Officer 1, Petroleum and Natural Gas Processing.

@Jkels, The PTI test eventually over, though, took us tough time to write yestrdy, it was handwritten not CBT. Still same questions n 30mins alloted time. All dey eventually told was that we shld write down our names n email, dey will mail or text our results to us. I pray they don't play pranks on us. I thnkGod for journey mercies back to lagos. We all hoping for the best.

The management team of PSIN seems confused as to how to manage the CBT. Imagine a test of tomorrow and they are sending invite this evening. Also imagine that twice on 29th Dec 2014, We couldn't complete the test because someone among us hacked their system and froze other candidate's time, yet they couldn't fish out the culprit. And finally after keeping us for over 7 hours, we were made to write same exam as paper based test with the promise that our result will be made available via email since we were told to write our username (email address) and password on the question paper. Up till now, I don't even know my score. When are we going to get it right in the country of ours. Jah help us

You are right. 60 questions in all. 10 questions for computer appreciation, 10 questions for current/foreign affairs, 20 questions each for maths and English. Time alloted is 30 minutes.

But the maths was time consuming and the english was very 'konk'.

I just skipped through very very fast, finished all I knew then settled to review d ones I missed. The computer appreciation was simple.

Interview? Hmmm! It was aptitude test that we were invited for. Nothing yet is been heard of for the interview and as for the test, there's another thread with comprehensive info. Wrote the test but yet to get result.

Is there anybody in the house that applied for Lecturer officer II C ( Electrical/Electronic Engineering) and has got invite. A friend of mine applied for that position but yet to get invite. Well she is still hoping to get invite.

I was among dos people dat wrote PBT after two failed attempted CBT. A member of d consultant told me emphatically dat d cut off is 60%. He also said so far till 4pm, I.e 29th, only four persons had gotten d pass mark.

Bro, am also one of those who wrote PBT, any info about the result. Can you inbox me so that we can hook up.

Probably same man also told me 80% before we took the exam on Monday. Certainly that's for motivation purpose.
Cutoff shall be dependent on overall performance and number of persons needed to pass stage one!

Anyone with info when the result will be made available for us that wrote late on Monday without computer.

Has anyone who wrote in my batch of 29th December wherein we wrote manually at 8pm received any email as regards the result. I mean batch 1a, d and e I suppose.

Is the pay range (20-27k) the monthly pay per subjects taken or the overall monthly pay? Kindly respond cos I am interested. I have over 10 years experience as a tutor in a tutorial college and presently lecturing in a university.
