So all national dailies are sharing fake recruitment in their websites/papers? If all government recruitment portal end with gov.ng, what about Inec, navy, army recruitment portals that end with org? It seems like you have never apply for any government job, we need to understand the difference between government websites and government recruitment portals.

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, has disclosed that about 1,050 Graduate Trainee candidates have been employed by the corporation, following the completion of its 2019/2020 recruitment exercise. Recall that the NNPC had begun the recruitment exercise on March 13, 2019 and opened its portal to receive applications from fresh graduates and experienced professionals for the exercise. Ndu Ughamadu, NNPC’s Group General Manager (Public Affairs Division), had said that recruitment would be in three categories of fresh graduates, senior officers/ supervisory cadre and managerial cadre. Subsequently, on Friday, a statement signed by the NNPC management and posted to its social media pages, stressed that the recruitment process reflected national spread, adding that all statutory requirements are complied with. According to the NNPC management, the Experienced Hire category would be subsequently released. The statement read: “We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the NNPC 2019/2020 recruitment exercise for Graduate Trainees, GT. “Consequently, we have commenced the issuance of the provision offer of employment to 1050 graduate trainee candidates. “In delivering this important assignment, we have ensured that the outcome reflected national spread and that all statutory requirements are complied with. “Recruitment exercise in NNPC will be a continuous process and in this regard, the Experienced Hire, EH, component will be addressed in due course. “In closing, we look forward to warmly receiving our new team members and working with them to build a corporation that all Nigerians will be proud of.”

During Mobilization period my name was type incorrectly, and i correct it later... Ask me any question and i will try to answer it.

Qualifications and Requirements

PROFESSOR (CONUASS 7)
Candidates should be holders of Ph.D Degree from recognized Universities with at least ten (10) years teaching, research and administrative experience in a tertiary institution. Candidates must possess demonstrable competence to provide academic and research leadership. Candidates must also be specialist in core areas of departmental fields of study with evidence of many scholarly publications in both local and international reputable learned journals, plus registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable. Candidates who are not already Professors in recognized universities will not be shortlisted for professorial position.

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR (CONUASS 6)
Qualifications are as stated for Professors but with at least eight ( years teaching, research and administrative experience in a tertiary institution. Candidates must have evidence of many scholarly publications in both local and international reputable learned journals, plus registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable. Candidates who are not already Association Professors will not be shortlisted for the position.

SENIOR LECTURER (CONUASS 5)
Qualifications are same as (b) above but with six (6) years teaching, research and administrative experience in a tertiary institution. Candidates must have evidence of a minimum of ten (10) scholarly publications in both local and international reputable learned journals, plus registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable.

Candidates who are not already Senior Lecturers will not be shortlisted for the position.

LECTURER I (CONUASS 4)
Candidates should be holders of PhD Degree from recognized Universities with at least three (3) years post doctoral teaching, research and administrative experience in a tertiary institution. He/She must also have evidence of a minimum of eight ( journal articles in both local and international reputable learned journals, plus registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable.

LECTURER II (CONUASS 3)
Candidates should be holders of a PhD Degree from recognized Universities plus registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable.

ASSISTANT LECTURER (CONUASS 02)
Candidates should have Masters Degree from recognized Universities

REMUNERATIONS
The salaries and other conditions of service are similar to what obtains in the Nigeria University System. Candidates will be offered positions commensurate with their qualifications and experience.




ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON REQUIREMENTS
Although, Federal University Dutse (FUD) encourages young post-doctoral and midcareer aspiring academics, only candidates with PhD degrees will be shortlisted for any of these positions. FUD reserves the right to demand additional qualities from a potential member of the community.

Federal University Dutse will not appoint and promote at the same time, and will place candidates at a salary scale appropriate to their qualifications and experience.

FUD will not entertain any petition for upgrade of salary or adjustment in rank once a candidate has been appointed and acceptance letter submitted.

All appointed staff are required to be physically and actively resident in the respective departments. FUD does not have staff housing.

Further, all applicants are expected to be fully computer literate and comprehensively familiar with internet and online technologies of instruction.

In compliance with Federal Character Commission regulations, FUD will consider employing applicants from the six Geopolitical Zones in Nigeria and reserves the right to ensure this balance in its short-listing of potential employees.
