Your application name should tally with that of your BVN. I.e surname on your BVN would be surname on your application, middle name and first name also.

Try it again when the portal open. If the problem persist by tomorrow we can probably know where the problem is, and by the Will of God we'll advice you on what to do.

Government ID card is needed. I.e National ID card, voters card, international passport or driver license.

He can apply for non-graduates category, i.e N-Tech, N-Creative, N-Build or N-Agro.

You need to reapply when the portal open at 11:45pm. Npower void all registration done yesternight and today morning.

Yes. You can apply with SSCE, diploma or certificate.

There's a field provided that you can choose "NYSC on progress". But if you have diploma certificate related to Agric you can apply for N-Agro.
