Another challenge with me is my name. I did a change of name(First Name). The old name is on my diploma certificate.

How can I go about this?

Local government identification is the same with LGA indigent certificate.

Attach your change of name in document(other Affidavit)

Nope! Is not about network or browser issue, you can login to someone details and take a test but not yours. This issue is for specific IDs.

Did you get this error when taking a test? How did you overcome it, or are you still in the same page; loading taking lot of time without login?

omo av finished updating my details but test no gree start. other apps and websites are working well but test site no gree comot for login and not even showing any error. nawa.

After requesting for a link to change my password, I usually just get an email saying you have successfully changed your password.
But I haven't had the opportunity to change my password.


I also noticed that if I try to log in with my email and any random password, i get logged in.


What is the issue and what am I doing wrong...

I thing you have successfully created password on your first attempt despite errors you received.

Depend. It can take hours or minutes, just keep refreshing your email.

Login again, it may be your validation is successful.

It seems it take time before you use the link. The link expired after some time period. Kindly use forgot password again.
