I believe the increase is imminent, maybe not up to 100K a month, it may be given if justified. However as the first criteria, there is a lot of un-productivity in government offices, cultures will have to change, attitude will have to reviewed.

Essentially, have you ever gone to a government office to ask for something? it will be like someone is doing you a favor, that attitude will have to change. there should be ways to measure the performance of every staff and it has to be taken very seriously.

I think the system needs to be sanitized first before the necessary increase.
