I don't know how, when and why it is happened and is happening to me. I am a very over conscious person when it comes to dietry, looking after my weight, health and stature. I eat normal, drink water a lot, exercise normal though of recent has not been exercising seriously. I don't take pills of any sort or abuse anything, don't smoke or drink too.
Now I just noticed that since a week plus now, I abuse food, eat anything that crosses my eyes even to the extent that I can't control my appetite for food hmm.. it is very bad now, anything that comes to my mind, I eat even when my tommy is full, I always feel as If there is a BIG HOLE in my stomach where all the food I eat falls into, even a pregnant woman cannot compete with me now.. pls is it a form of ailment and how do I control myself? I tried controlling it yesterday but my whole body started shaking.. pls oo help advice before I become obbessed. Though I still maintained my body weight, don't know what's happening..
