Pls does it work on tecno d5?

pls bro show me way forward, I can't afford to brick my d5 mehn I still love this phone no matter what. Perhaps you can direct me were I can see peoples review about the rooter I've tried srsroot but their server seems to be having issues.tnx any way

same brother wahala happened to my d5, I tried all I could but none was going since I left my internet connection off ;unable to log in to my gmail account . All I did was to enter recovery mode and reset my phone back to toddlers stage, mind you bro that you will lose every data on your phone too bad that's just the sacrifice you only have to make . Never lock your Android again that's the lesson I learnt from that day on

Jeffy1206: guyz try dis process to root ur fone. just tried it on ma Q1 and it workd perfectly nw using ma droidvpn wit ICMP no root acess...

2. Enter framaroot app then klick on bromir a prompt message
will appear telling you have successfully root phone you need
to reboot system.
3 . Now switch off your Android phone, reboot your phone to
recovery mod by pressing POWER BUTTON and KEY VOLUME
UP , hold it till recovery mode appear with Android robot locate
REBOOT SYSTEM
4. Then click on the first home button on your Android menus
your phone will reboot it self .. that's all you ave root your

no not really bro I had that same problem with a friends tecno d3 which came with 3.5" screen ,i installed splinter cell on it and it gave that same outcome but I tried it on my D5(4"it went on smoothly without magnifying ,the issue their is screen size which fewer games find it hard to adjust unlike newer games,the solution is to find a compatible grade. And again mind you that d5 came with same power vr

I have tried all i could but non was positive, whenever I play the game from like the beginning part all i get is this silly error message,i tried sending the game to a friend with new TD5 but still the same,it seems like its from the game pehaps you can suggest a link to a compatible one for my d5. pls guys this game bad


I also have a problem with avatar,the fault is kinda graphics thing all i could make out of is arsh environment notin more,the character is also same. Pls am having problem rooting my d5,when i connect it with my computer using snapea i would wait for like 5min but what i get is connection failed, the thing that bugs me is what USB type am i to use? cos whenever i get connected i would see "data storage for windows xp,data transfer for windows 7 and camera mode"... pls guys help me out

peacemara54: hw do you mean? i only remove the 8gb and slot in my 16gb and its working i then transfer my datas to the new sd card

not that,i meant using link2sd app to increase your internal phone memory by using a partitioned segement on your 16gb sd.

wabbyland: pls my fellow tecno d5 users pls put out of my mystery. when I want to download a file like 2go(2.48mb) it takes like 20 to 30 minutes and does not download. pls what could be the likely reason? could it be because I'm using 15mb like airtel or etisalat? should I subscribe to a data plan?

exactly bro,it seems like we are the only ones on this game. The sims freeplay i downloaded for my Tecno d5 had a blemish,I couldn't make out the characters everything was pitch dark only the icons and the notifications were visible,but in any case i bet the fault came from the game itself,i kinda downloaded the wrong one for my GPU

16gb is 3000 around where i am but you can get it cheaper,i got mine 2500 the whole thing depends on your negosiation and location,as for 32gb that should be additional 1000 .

Mehn ryt now I just connected my d5 to a wifi using my laptop, I just turned my laptop into a wifi hotspot machine. Take a look at my customised wifi...right now m blazing with it.

Graviton: Here's how I got mine: *Go to google play store on your 3G+(H) which is on your first sim(mine is MTN coz when I put airtel in the first sim slot it shows me EDGE

*Search for Shadowgun deathzone(The main shadowgun will cost you money)

*Click the "Install" at the upper right corner of your screen

*a window will open at this point, click "Accept"

*another comes up advising you to use a Wifi connection with something like this
"This app has a lot of data, please be advised to use a wifi connection" with a tick on download with wifi

*click on download with mobile network or carrier network

*if you did the above steps the game should be downloading, all 750-something MB of it

alrt bro,but you still remember that m using d5 and last i checked it has no 3g on either sims but still i make use of my laptop to download most things for my d5.all m saying is; is their no other way i can download without using my little unicorn? that is downloading apk+data kinda thing. Tnx

I ve searched everywhere to get atlist a playable game for my d5 including its data placement but noway,if you can atlist telme how to know if a game can play,i even went ahead to search for games meant for power vr but still noway,all i get is an apk requesting for additional game data despite after i ve copied all datas to android/data or at times android/obb.pls reply asap tnx

not realy bro,my d5 came with one transparent nylon which has Droid logo with white painting on the right and with other drawings like the youtube logo on top. I was kinda having difficulty with those that i decided to have a little experiment done. Right now i tried removing it and i couldnt make out any other beneath it,pehaps its a different tecno altogether

For those of you guys who would like to retain the screen nylon on their new Tecno buh wia discouraged due to tecno's state of art drawing on it should relax,just all you have to do is to use a nail disolver or cleaner(if you don't know wia to get one just borrow from your sis)to wipe the damn droid cartoon head clean,it sim weired buh it sure works lyk charm,tried it on my new D5... So get cleaning!!!
