1. Operations Manager
Job Roles: Co-ordination of the consultancy outfit’s operation which involves staff supervision, administration, logistics and marketing
Qualification/Specification
• A minimum of B.Sc., B.A. or HND in business administration or related discipline
• A minimum of 2 years experience in Hospitality Administration
• Must be computer literate
• Working knowledge of hotel Industry software is an added advantage
• Trainings and skills in hotel/guest house management, staff supervision, food and beverage management, housekeeping and marketing is an added advantage.
• Must not be more than 35years of age
• Salary within the range of #80,000 – 100,000 monthly plus commissions on newly secured briefs

2. Restaurant Manager
Job Roles: Supervision of Staff, management of Restaurant, Purchases Management, Co-ordination of Cooling and Catering
Qualification/Specification
• A minimum of B.Sc., HND in catering and food administration or related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years experience
• Must be Computer Literate
• Training skills or courses in Restaurant Administration, staff supervision and operations management is an added advantage
• Between 25-35 years
• Salary is #50,000 monthly.

3. Accountant
Job Roles: Overseeing accounting functions of the consultancy outfit in four (4) different locations, in term of financial status, auditing, book-keeping and preparation of statements.
Qualification/Specification
• A minimum of B.Sc or HND in Accounting or related discipline
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years experience as an Accountant
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office and Accounting software packages i.e. Peachtree, Quick books
• Between ages 28-35years
• Salary is between #70,000 – 80,000 monthly

Successful candidate will have the responsibility of:

MAIN ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties as Head shall include but is not restricted to responsibility over 4 key areas as listed below:

• New businesses
• Brand development
• Customer experience
• Brand research

These would involve:
• Market and expand the unit via acquisition of new client base.
• Manage client relationships, overseeing all clients brand development and execution initiatives and representing the company at all client touch points.
• Co-ordinates all departments within the unit.
• Liaises with other units within the agency.
• Organize and implement client relations schemes including:
• Client satisfaction surveys
• Client development activities
• Sales drive incentives
• Special events
• New concepts or sales and marketing
• Develop and implement strategies which shape future business delivery and provide the best possible business.
• Drives staff training within the unit and responsible for training and developing a potential replacement from within the existing team
• Marketing of service/development of the unit
• Work with the accounting (credit control department) to ensure dispatch of invoices for completed projects, follow-up and collection of funds.
• Management ( in conjunction with the HR dept) of non signalized staff issues within the unit
• Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing strategy plan for the unit.
• Organize and implement client relations scheme managing external Agencies and working closely with internal teams.
• Any other duty as may be requested by management

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES:
• First Degree in Marketing /Communication or other advertising related areas. A business related masters degree will be a strong advantage
• Membership of APCON or at least one professional marketing or research association

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 3 years ‘hands on’ experience in brands development, client servicing within an advertising /advertising related agency or a senior position within the brand (Devpt) department of the firm

KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Detail oriented
• Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently
