We were given an offer for may intake in February, but suddenly, we received an email yesterday saying our admission offer has changed and has been deferred to September intake.

If you're planning to come for a Master's in Canada, then why are you wasting your time and money applying for a visitor visa.Please save your time and money and apply for a student visa instead. Good luck!

The mistakes have already been made, and it's not the time to blame me for them. However, it's important to correct my mistakes. I can't get back the money I've spent on the visitor's visa. I'm just trying to find a way out in case I get the visa, to see if it's possible to apply for a master's program there. My friend mentioned that he used his proof of funds for his visitor's visa and then applied for school right after arriving. That's why we're here to correct and learn from little mistakes. Hahaha, that's true! It seems like that's how things are in Nigeria. I'm doing well here too, but the economy is really tough. I have a house, a car, and a business, but it's not easy at all. I'm making these sacrifices for my children. My plan is to use a visitor visa to get to Canada, and then I'll apply for school. I can study while my wife works. I didn't go for a student visa because of the proof of funds and initial deposit issues, but I believe it will be easier to secure a visitor visa for my family considering my business and assets. Don't blame us; some of us believe it's better to struggle abroad than to be broke in Nigeria, especially when you were once doing well. The government's decisions are really hitting my business hard. We're praying that in our quest to make money, we won't lose more and that we won't regret our choices. God should guide and direct our steps. What seems difficult for others will be easy for us!

I have gone through the entire IRCC visa application process, from:

- Visitor Visa (2 rejections in 2013/2014) using agent

- to Student Visa (2 rejections in 2015/2016 using an agent),

- to finally getting my Student Visa approved in 2017 (on my own no agent).

Today, I am a Canadian citizen.

(4) You can't change your VV to Work Visa so die that idea. No miracle will happen

(5) If you want to claim asylum when entering the country your Case processing time is 2 years min and by then the conservation party will be in power and we know they are in for business so die that idea 💡.

(6) Things are difficult in the country so come with a plan to maximize your stay.. if you are looking to do marriage die that idea IRCC isn't joking 🇨🇦 have changed their minds on immigration. Read the story of Festus Odua and many others

(7) IRCC are looking at people with family members who are PR or citizens better chance of you have a family member that can stand in for you saying yes I want to visit my brother or sister

Better if they have same surname will save you the stress of rejection

Like for me I did my biometrics 20th of June I was shocked to get that biometrics approval yesterday…
I thought some people claimed they do get the email few days after their biometrics, if yes why did mine took up to 5 months before getting the email
