CrimeIs There And Will There Be A Solution To Africa's Hunger? by mcvize(op): 1:59am On Apr 30, 2015
76% of the world’s poorest continent is Africa with its alliance’s such as, Zimbabwe, Liberia, Uganda and Ethiopia. 2 year’s back, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Africa’s 2nd largest country, has also been ranked the poorest in the world with a GDP of $394.25 followed by Sub Sahara all manifested with severe hunger and malnutrition.

Economists say that solving hunger is almost relating to politics and not field technical resolutions. Instead of focusing at biotechnology which has not yet been proved, however decision makers should focus on equaling research that prove solutions to eradicate hunger which is not technological in human nature but to firmly and seriously draw attention in fundamental socio economic realities.

The world's food establishment is over sufficient, not abundant. The world's production of food is adequate to supply at least 4 pounds of food to each person daily. Poverty has frequently inflicted women, nutritional count in many African families so hard.
African’s focus doesn’t logically mean leaving the environment out of the development race. We should not overtake environmental sustainability at the cost of poor people’s food security and nutrition. We must choose/consider a win to win method that flourish synergies and take charge of tradeoffs between environmental sustainability, food security and improvement in nutrition, but this will further require combined mental power, we have to make sure food reaches everybody and is produced in such a way for human nature to thrive/succeed in African Continent.

Maheeda decided to cover up this time. Photo: Instagram
Days after announcing her readiness to take up full responsibility for the education of the twins of a jobless mother, controversial nudity queen, Maheeda has posted a picture of herself in a decent outfit.
The raunchy queen took to her Instagram to post several photos is all covered up in a stylish colour dress. Although not totally devoid of the raunchy as she suggestively left a bit open in more than one of the pictures, it is far better than how Maheeda would appear normally.

AgricultureStudy Of African Birds Reveals Hotbed Of Malaria Parasite Diversity by mcvize(op): 12:22pm On Apr 15, 2015
When you think of tropical biodiversity, you may picture flocks of colorful birds flitting through lush foliage–but what you are less likely to imagine is the plethora of parasites and pathogens pulsing through the bloodstreams of those birds. Among these microscopic organisms are Plasmodium parasites, best known for causing malaria in humans, birds and many other vertebrates.

A new study published in the journal PLOS ONE explores the scope of malaria parasite diversity in southeast African birds, and provides insight into how lifestyle characteristics of birds can influence their association with different parasite genera. The study considers haemosporidian (blood) parasites in the genus Plasmodium, as well as closely-related parasites in the genera Haemoproteus and Leucocytozoon. Understanding the patterns of how those parasites are transmitted across populations and different species of birds can help unlock a better understanding of disease movements in the environment.

Among hundreds of birds sampled during two months of field work in the southeastern African nation of Malawi, an astonishing proportion of the birds–79 percent–were infected with haemosporidian parasites. Even more surprising was the number of novel malaria parasite lineages scientists discovered in Malawian birds.

“A large proportion, 81 percent, of the parasites that we detected are new, previously undocumented lineages of Plasmodium, Haemeoproteus and Leucocytozoon,” said study co-author Jason Weckstein, PhD, an associate professor at Drexel University in the College of Arts and Sciences and the associate curator of ornithology at the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University.

The study, led by Holly Lutz, a PhD candidate at Cornell University, was conducted under the auspices of the Emerging Pathogens Project at the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago, and included collaborators from the Field Museum, the Cornell Lab of Ornithology and the University of North Dakota. Lutz and Weckstein began collaborating when Lutz was an undergraduate student at the University of Chicago and worked with Weckstein on a National Science Foundation funded project.

“We typically think of malaria as a human disease, but in reality, the vast majority of haemosporidian parasites infect birds, reptiles and non-human mammals,” said Lutz. “Studying how other animals interact with and combat these parasites could provide us with important insights for the fight against human malaria.”

The effects of these parasites in wild animals range from mild to severe. In one of the most dramatic examples, avian Plasmodium parasites introduced by humans to naïve bird communities in Hawaii ultimately led to the extinction of at least 10 native bird species. Despite such devastation in Hawaiian birds, the effect of naturally occurring haemosporidian parasites in wild populations is poorly known.

Business16 SUPER Cr8tive Ways To Increase Traffic To Your Website by mcvize(op):
Ask a marketer or business owner what they’d like most in the world, and they’ll probably tell you “more customers.” What often comes after customers on a business’ wish list? More traffic to their site. There are many ways you can increase traffic on your website, and in today’s post, we’re going to look at some of them.

1. Advertise
This one is so obvious, we’re going to look at it first. Paid search, social media advertising and display advertising are all excellent ways of attracting visitors, building your brand and getting your site in front of people. Adjust your paid strategies to suit your goals – do you just want more traffic, or are you looking to increase conversions, too? Each paid channel has its pros and cons, so think carefully about your objectives before you reach for your credit card.
If you’re hoping that more traffic to your site will also result in more sales, you’ll need to target high commercial intent keywords as part of your paid search strategies. Yes, competition for these search terms can be fierce (and expensive), but the payoffs can be worth it.
2. Get Social
It’s not enough to produce great content and hope that people find it – you have to be proactive. One of the best ways to increase traffic to your website is to use social media channels to promote your content. Twitter is ideal for short, snappy (and tempting) links, whereas Google+ promotion can help your site show up in personalized search results and seems especially effective in B2B niches. If you’re a B2C product company, you might find great traction with image-heavy social sites like Pinterest and Instagram.

3. Mix It Up
There is no magic formula for content marketing success, despite what some would have you believe. For this reason, vary the length and format of your content to make it as appealing as possible to different kinds of readers. Intersperse shorter, news-based blog posts with long-form content as well as video, infographics and data-driven pieces for maximum impact.
4. Write Irresistible Headlines
Headlines are one of the most important parts of your content. Without a compelling headline, even the most comprehensive blog post will go unread. Master the art of headline writing. For example, the writers at BuzzFeed and Upworthy often write upward of twenty different headlines before finally settling on the one that will drive the most traffic, so think carefully about your headline before you hit “publish.”
5. Pay Attention to On-Page SEO
Think SEO is dead? Think again. Optimizing your content for search engines is still a valuable and worthwhile practice. Are you making the most of image alt text? Are you creating internal links to new content? What about meta descriptions? Optimizing for on-page SEO doesn’t have to take ages, and it could help boost your organic traffic.
6. Target Long-Tail Keywords
Got your high commercial intent keyword bases covered? Then it’s time to target long-tail keywords, too. Long-tail keywords account for a majority of web searches, meaning that if you’re not targeting them as part of your paid search or SEO efforts, you’re missing out.

7. Start Guest Blogging
Before you say it – no, true guest blogging isn’t dead, despite what you may have heard. Securing a guest post on a reputable site can increase blog traffic to your website and help build your brand into the bargain. Be warned, though – standards for guest blogging have changed radically during the past eighteen months, and spammy tactics could result in stiff penalties. Proceed with caution.
8. Invite Others to Guest Blog on Your Site
Guest blogging is a two-way street. In addition to posting content to other blogs, invite people in your niche to blog on your own site. They’re likely to share and link to their guest article, which could bring new readers to your site. Just be sure that you only post high-quality, original content without spammy links, because Google is cracking way down on low-quality guest blogging.
9. Go After Referral Traffic
Rather than trying to persuade other sites to link back to you (a tedious and time-intensive process), create content that just begs to be linked to.
When Larry wrote about the kick in the proverbial teeth that eBay took from Google’s Panda update, we managed to secure a link from Ars Technica in the Editor’s Pick section alongside links to The New York Times and National Geographic. Not too shabby – and neither was the resulting spike in referral traffic. Learn what types of links send lots of referral traffic, and how to get them, in this post.

10. Post Content to LinkedIn
LinkedIn has become much more than a means of finding another job. The world’s largest professional social network is now a valuable publishing platform in its own right, which means you should be posting content to LinkedIn on a regular basis. Doing so can boost traffic to your site, as well as increase your profile within your industry – especially if you have a moderate to large following.

11. Implement Schema Microdata
Implementing schema (or another microdata format) won’t necessarily increase traffic to your website on its own, but it will make it easier for search engine bots to find and index your pages. Another benefit of using schema for SEO is that it can result in better rich site snippets, which can improve click-through rates.
12. Link Internally
The strength of your link profile isn’t solely determined by how many sites link back to you – it can also be affected by your internal linking structure. When creating and publishing content, be sure to keep an eye out for opportunities for internal links. This not only helps with SEO, but also results in a better, more useful experience for the user – the cornerstone of increasing traffic to your website.
13. Interview Industry Thought Leaders
Think interviews are only for the big leaguers? You’d be amazed how many people will be willing to talk to you if you just ask them. Send out emails requesting an interview to thought leaders in your industry, and publish the interviews on your blog. Not only will the name recognition boost your credibility and increase traffic to your website, the interviewee will probably share the content too, further expanding its reach.

14. Don’t Neglect Email Marketing
So many businesses are focused on attracting new customers through content marketing that they forget about more traditional methods. Email marketing can be a powerful tool, and even a moderately successful email blast can result in a significant uptick in traffic. Just be careful not to bombard people with relentless emails about every single update in your business. Also, don’t overlook the power of word-of-mouth marketing, especially from people who are already enjoying your products or services. A friendly email reminder about a new service or product can help you boost your traffic, too.
15. Make Sure Your Site is Responsive
The days when internet browsing was done exclusively on desktop PCs are long gone. Today, more people than ever before are using mobile devices to access the web, and if you force your visitors to pinch and scroll their way around your site, you’re basically telling them to go elsewhere. Ensure that your website is accessible and comfortably viewable across a range of devices, including smaller smartphones.
16. Make Sure Your Site is Fast
Ever found yourself waiting thirty seconds for a webpage to load? Me neither. If your site takes forever to load, your bounce rate will be sky high. Make sure that your pages are as technically optimized as possible, including image file sizes, page structure and the functionality of third-party plugins. The faster your site loads, the better.
Well, that just about does it for today’s post. if you want to:

BusinessThe No1 Principle That Command Mega Profit In Every Business. by mcvize(op): 12:08pm On Apr 07, 2015
I will like to begin with a statement that “ all student, both under and post graduate have great sense of entrepreneurship, but many don’t have the number one and most important ingredient to start and run a successful business.
Now, it’s not because they lack the zeal or drive or even the capital to start their own business but lack the missing ingredient between starting their own business and seeing the require result in term of desire income which is the core reason of starting any business, in this article I am going to fill that blank link for you and at the end of reading and digesting this write up you will not only have confident but you will rightly be inform and you will know what to do to standout of the crowed and then command the mega profit with ease.
Before we go into details let me take you for a ride!
Imagine you went for a three (3) days seminar on how you want to solve a particular challenge facing your health so badly, and part of the seminar requirement is for you to lodge in a hotel for three (3) days with the various doctors so that you can be properly examined. On the first day after the seminar time a particular doctor took a kin interest on you and walk up to you ask you few questions after then, he handed over a supplement for free and then gave you some subscription of drugs to use with the supplement and after following the instruction you notice some improvement, the same thing happened the next day and finally on the last day all the doctors are expected to sell their personal supplement to all participant, so tell me which doctor will you comfortably give or hand over your money to? Your guess is as good as mine the doctor that took kin interest on you.
The reason is simple, every human on planet earth love special attention and they want to be served and extra-caring, now am not saying that it is bad but that’s the human nature.
So as an entrepreneur/ business owner in all time you should strive not to be great business alone but be a serving business/enterprise or even company,
You should start asking different questions –not, how much money I (we) can make from a customer but how much better can I serve this customers? With ease and more conveniently? How can we give them better quality and cheaper, so if your business strive to become quality serving business, it will become great and not just a business but will soon become a great company with mega profit as a result of striving to become a serving business.
Some business started on a good momentum but the owners are so interested in personal gains, salaries that they are, about the market or customer.
There so interested on their own personal purpose that they lose the very purpose of establishing the business which is to meet somebody’s need with product and service, so we are suppose to serve as business owners rather than to be served.
For those of us that believe there is a magic button to the big names and business/companies out there that makes them mega profit I was so humbled when I discover that as an entrepreneur you and I were born to serve others with our gift which is to create product and service that meet a particular need or somebody’s need as a matter of fact it’s not about you but mainly about others. For example: if you are a person (which you should be) that loves to smile, your smiles better others more than you.
So to lead in that niche or line of business, it should not be something you do, it should be something that you are, something you can never retire from just as the bird will never retire from flying.
If you are ready to serve rather than to be served then Congratulation! Because that is the sure way to make the mega profit and join the big names and companies.
As at when writing this article coca-cola give a personal touch to their brand which is sharing coke with love ones by a way of writing names of people on their brand/products, which am sure will increase their sales “just a personal touch to create fun” .
Let me stop by asking you the three important questions you should answer as an entrepreneur
Who are your customers?
What are your product/ service relating to your customers challenge?
How can you serve them better, with ease and cheaper?
You can read more about me and “[url]How I started from classroom to Business word with no Capital[/http://campusbiz.com.ng/how-i-started-my-first-ccampus-business/] ” I believe that there is something you can learn from my story (mistake and success)
If you have any question/ contribution will like to learn from you on the commend section.
Cheers

STEP ONE

CHOOSING YOUR WEBSITE PLATFORM – WORDPRESS

campusbiz

Choose a website building platform

images (1)(http://campusbiz.com.ng/) to see it

Building a fully working and eye-catchy website isn’t that difficult – even for a beginner who isn’t very computer savvy. But things can go extremely wrong when you don’t choose the right website buildingplatform. A lot of people think that creating a website from scratch is difficult and requires high level of coding and design skills, but that’s not true.

Before I help you to choose the right platform for your website, I want you to let you know that there are tons of different ways to build a website. Back in 2004, most of the sites were built with HTML, CSS or even FLASH.

In 2014, things have changed a lot to say the least. CMS (Content Management Systems) have started to dominate the whole web developing industry. See the graph below.

Popular website building platforms

As you can see, nearly half of the websites on the internet are running on WordPress website platform. The reason is quite simple, actually:

1) No need to know HTML or any other computer coding languages.
2) WordPress itself is FREE and it has tons of different free themes/layouts to choose from.
3) You can create access to multiple users who can publish content to your blog.
4) You can add content, images and videos just by logging into your WordPress dashboard.
5) Your website will look professional, it’ll work on mobiles and tablets as well. Your site will be up and running in less than 30 minutes.

My own site, the one that you are currently browsing is also built with WordPress. As an alternative, you can check out other similar website platforms, such as Drupal and Joomla. I’ve even made a pretty comprehensive comparison between WordPress, Joomla and Drupal. If for some reason you don’t want to build your site with WordPress, check out my Drupal, Joomla and HTML5 guides as well. They are all FREE to use.

But for a beginner, I’m suggesting to stick with WordPress. If you wish to know more how popular WordPress is, have a look at this article: 14 facts about WordPress.

What about all the websites that offer free website creation?

You must have heard about Weebly, Wix and other similar sites where you need to register, enter your personal details and once that’s done you’ll be able to create a free website.

At first it might sound like a really sweet deal, but actually there are three big “no-no”‘s

1) You don’t have a control over your website – Your site will be hosted on another website, and thus it makes them literally own your website. I know it might sound confusing, but in short – you just don’t have control. If they think that your site is violating their TOS – they can easily delete it with no warnings. Do you want your website (or business) rely on that? Probably no.

2) Poor design and limited functionality – Your site will look more or less blank or similar to the other websites on the web. They have limited themes and templates to choose from which makes your site a bit boring for the visitor. On the other hand, WordPress has over 1500 different themes and layouts to choose from.

3) You need to pay if you want to move further – If you want to get your own domain name (YourWebsite.com) or you want to get more disk space/bandwidth – you need to pay. That’s the main reason why I suggest you to host your website by yourself by choosing a reputable hosting company.

Of course, if you want – you can try them out. But I’m sure you can make a way more better website with CMS (WordPress) – and you’ll keep the control over your web property.

I’m not very computer savvy, can I still do it with WordPress?

I get emails everyday where people all hesitating whether to give it a try and create a website by themselves or just hire someone.

My answer is always the same: Try it.

This guide is mainly for people who are interested in making a professional-looking website with minimal costs and without any previous knowledge. In most cases, it’s a smart choice to make a website yourself rather than spending thousands of dollars on web designers and developers who will use WordPress (in most cases) anyway.

Recently, this guide has helped a lot of new start-ups, small business owners, creative persons (writers, artists, photographers), freelancers and bloggers (with WordPress you are able to set up a blog as well).

P.S: I’m currently offering free help via email, so if you get stuck during set up process or need any other help, just send me an email admin@campusbiz.com.mg or direct / samshacreative@gmail.com

If you are ready, let’s go to the step 2 where I teach you how to find a domain name and hosting. In step 3 I’ll explain you how to install and customise your WordPress website. At this point, you don’t have to install or set up anything, this will all be covered step by step in the next steps which is the second, third AND is live on my blog use the signature– thanks a lot
CareerDirt Cheap Way To Start Photography Business As Student by mcvize(op): 12:32pm On Feb 16, 2015
Everybody wondered how suddenly you became a camera man and professional one for that matter with a customized jacket as MD-cool photo. Guy tell me the secrete, I said to my friend is it this simple? He smiled and said to me, do you have a phone with camera? I said yap deepen my hands in my pocket brought out my blackberry phone and handed it over to him. He turn it on gave me a shoot without me even getting ready and he smiled and said go ahead and develop it that’s how simple it is, go get the necessary tools, learn for few weeks and you are ready. I wow i said with a smiled, we shook hands and pated.

Everyone that want to start a photography business always come up with questions like what type of camera do they need to go pro, what kind of event and people do they need to connect with, how huge the capital need to be, and what type of photography jobs are there in your country. Wait a second I thought you’re a student? So going pro will require you having a stationed location/office or studio and we don’t want that for now…..

Sorry those questions are wrong! My friend Mathew started off below with the practical realities of going professional and I tell you he paid 95 percent of his tuition fee from his photography business.

If you last until the end of this article I will cover the basic things you need to know to get into the business with grand style.

Starting off as a professional

Wound you like to snap anything you want, anywhere you want, anytime you want, anyway you want with a great camera? Will you love to travel to luxuries places anytime you want and snap anything at your own phase?

The only way here is to keep your daily academic routine and schedule, take shoot at your own free time

So Start Small and Scale In No Time

The first thing you need is where to get a very cheap camera my recommendation is ask questions on where you can get dirt cheap camera’s you can take your time to check site like DHgate and Aliexpress, Jumia and Konga.com and because you’re a student and I recommend you buy your camera’s, printers and all the electronics during this time because of the huge discount. Check out this camera and how much it cost

or you need a professional camera?

Everyone thinks photographer that make a lot of money got there by having a very good camera from the beginning.

No

If you are doing this for money just to support yourself as a student you need not to focus on buying expensive equipment at the beginning until it makes business sense, better camera only makes it easier for you to produce results. They don’t make photos any different from the camera you already own for that reasons I will say your camera doesn’t matter.

Your Target Market or Client

Remember the client is always right, always do what the client wants, even if he is an idiot (J), he may be stupid but that’s too bad, I have had a lot of stories about photographers who thought they were right and the customer was wrong , then they lost the job duh! This isn’t about art it’s all about commerce. Do the art on your own time. One of the reasons I recommend this kind of business to student is that most of its big short is tie around weekends which gives you enough time to focus on your academic schedule.

Weeding’s: this is the easiest way to make money on weekends. You can put in few cash to start today, decent guys pulling in at least a few thousand just to give a C.D with photos to the bride, that serves them from having to deal with print letter, old timers will try to charge for shooting and then take print orders for profit, people hate that sell them the C.D let them print on their own, and get on the next job or get your printer at the scene of the event
Matriculation ground: another juicy place to make money is during matriculation as others are excited about the day you will in the others ends be making some cash for yourself. Family and friends comes together to keep memories alive by taking some group photos so take this chances. Bingo!
Holidays seasons celebration like Christmas, valentine and others :photographers make lot of cash at this season because that’s when the jobs is in high demand in places like pack and other relaxation places and pop you are there.

But here is the important reality to make it as a photographer, you must become your own boss, you don’t have the luxuries of working for someone else, as a photographer you’re in charge which is great but you almost have no one to go for advice or direction, you are on your own your services depends almost entirely on your own ability to run a small business, almost nothing depends on the quality of your photographers

Have you started any business before? What was your challenge or lessons in the process we will love to hear it use the comment section below?

Cheers

We all succeed together.

BusinessWarning! This Syndrome Will KILL Your Business Idea And What To Do by mcvize(op): 2:39am On Feb 16, 2015
If you are entrepreneur in nature, one of the good sign is constantly having new business ides running into your brain each and every day we come across few ideas that we just can’t stop thinking about because the idea is good!
I think you know what I am talking about, constant brainstorming, rapid note taking and vision of success these are all good signs of entrepreneur’s right!
Most times after a couple of months the motivation behind these great ideas just seems to die slowly and never evolve into the next step sometimes even if you scaled some steps, we naturally loose the momentum it’s kind of sad, because many of those ideas were awesome money making ideas and yes I have been there before and I must say is kind of weird.
Let me tell you what happen in regard to what I am saying when I started this very blog. A young me bag field with great idea ready to employ and deploy but I was little stock with the fact that I needed to learn how to design and install a website and some technical things like Auto responder, squeeze page, follow up mails and broadcast, seo e.t.c
What I did wrong was applying the HERO syndrome of doing everything myself which dramatically slows down things that I almost gave up on my blog(www.campusbiz.com.ng), but am so glad I did not..right!
If we can understand why these things happen, then I think we can stop the momentum from slowing down and start taking things to the next level.
So what am saying here is you should stop been the jack of all trade or the HERO syndrome as I call it  were you want to get everything done yourself and am telling you from experience this process will only slow your ideas done.
So what to do is to learn the basic things necessary while you have team of expect to handle some of the part except you short of cash that you might what to take some time to learn. For example you are good at website designing so it’s wise to get somebody that is good at Graphic to handle the graphic aspect , I hope you got the gist. Voodoo!
HERE ARE 3 REASONS WHY WE DON’T SEE RESULT IMMMEDIATELY WITH OUR FRESH IDEAS

1. We're Not Seeing Any Results

We live in a time where we all want things to happen FAST. I mean, Google searches take .000012 seconds, and we all perform these searches each and every day. It's what we're used to.

Ideas take time to materialize, so quitting or giving up before anything even begins to happen is a sure-fire way to kill a great idea. Remember what your goals are and why you were so excited about your idea in the first place.

One trick I learned is to map out your "path"or roadmap. Write down the steps you think it takes to get to where you want to go, and you'll see that you're only in the beginning phases of the entire process. But, seeing the rest of your "roadmap" (including your goal) on paper will definitely give you the boost you need to keep going.

2. We're Unsure of What To Do Next

This happens all of the time, but it definitely shouldn't stop us. We've just reached a hurdle, and we just have to do a little more research (or simply ask someone for help!), in order to jump over it.

Also, you can go back to your "roadmap" and see what the next steps are. And, remember to take things one step at a time.
3. We Just Don't Care Anymore

For whatever reason, you've lost sight of why you're working so hard. When it comes to motivation, here's what you can do:
Remember why you were so excited about your idea in the first place! Envision what life will be like at the end of the tunnel. Following my mentors and reading some inspirational books and the formula I have come with which are:
Display my favorite quotes. At my desk, I have this quote posted up on the wall next to my computer: "The Harder I Work, the Luckier I Become." Reading that always gets me going again.
Talk it out with someone. If you're feeling low on energy, sometimes all we need is a pick me up from a buddy. That's why so many people say it's a lot easier to go to the gym or stay on a diet if there's someone else there with them.
Take a quick break. We often work on something so much that we forget why we're doing it. Take a day or two off, and you'll often see the motivation come back in no time.
So before you go I want to ask you what’s keeping you from starting your own business? Cash, am still a student? Or something else! you can drop your reasons, as we learn from each others.
We shall all succeed.
PoliticsA Nigerian Youth Wrote This Letter To Buhari Sir, by mcvize(op): 7:19pm On Jan 21, 2015
let us examine your service records. I consider your generation a very privileged one, indeed. In 1975 at the age of 33, you were appointed the Military Governor of the North- Eastern State, present day Borno & Yobe states. In 1976 at the age of 34 you became the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources. In 1978 at the age of 36 you became the Chairman of the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). Today the reverse is the case. Most Nigerians at age of 35 are still unemployed and still living with parents. Many are still not married. During your time you were already Governor at this age. One major reason for this unfortunate turn of events is that many elders like you have refused to voluntarily handover the baton to the next generation. Life should be a relay race where one runs his race and hands over to the next. In Nigeria many elders like you have run their races and are still holding on tenaciously to the baton. But Sir, I have an important question here for you. The question is simple, MUST YOU SERVE NIGERIA AS A PRESIDENT ONLY? IS THERE NO OTHER CAPACITY YOU CAN SERVE US EXCEPT THE PRESIDENCY? It is very erroneous to imagine that you can only serve Nigeria only in one capacity. During the regime of late General Sani Abacha, you accepted the appointment to serve as the Chairman of the then Petroleum Trust Fund PTF. The general opinion was that you served faithfully in this capacity. Well done Sir! But you never asked Abacha to vacate office for you as your former subordinate in the army. Never! In fact that would have been a dangerous move, if not suicidal. Rather you served faithfully under your former junior in the army. Sir, imagine if you take on another job like the Chairman of EFCC or ICPC or NDLEA. Nigerians actually need you to serve in one of these capacities much more than they need you in the Presidency. Mere mentioning your name as Chairman of EFCC would drive many corrupt men underground. But you wouldn’t . Either the Presidency or nothing. When are you going to handover to the next person? It is either you do it voluntarily or risk disgrace at the polls. In 1983 at the age of 41, you became the Head of State. Most Nigerians in my age have not had the opportunity to serve, but we still remain committed to the Nigerian project. You should rather be graceful to God and to Nigerians for the numerous opportunities that have come your way to serve Nigerians. Others are begging for just one opportunity to serve. Sir, you have to accept the stark reality on ground that you have served your time already. That is life for you. You run the race, you handover the baton for others to run, you cannot hold on to the baton more than is necessary. As a former head of State you are already a member of the Council of State Meeting. You have every avenue to channel your views across. You don’t necessarily have to be in a front-line role, you can serve in an advisory capacity. That is still service. In conclusion, It is crystal clear that you cannot defeat President Jonathan in a free, fair and credible election, even in Katsina State. Sentiments aside, Jonathan would cruise to a landslide victory come February 14th, 2015. In fairness to you Sir, any of your Children would pose a serious challenge to Jonathan more than yourself. I do not see Nigerians electing a 72 year old former Head of state to lead us in this Digital era. With due respect to you Sir, you belong to the Analogue age and therefore, will not fit in as president in this digital era. This is the blunt truth. Please do not enter the Guinness book of world records on a negative note. Losing four consecutive Presidential election would not augur well for your reputation. It is in your best interest to assume your position as an elder statesman and allow others to serve. Nigeria does not belong to you alone. It belongs to us all. copy and post on your wall let it go round, is time we youth tell our self the truth.

BusinessGuarantee Ways Of Making Money Selling Your Artwork by mcvize(op): 12:54pm On Oct 31, 2014
Art work is something allot of student in campus are making real income from daily in scho0l,

You can design and sell handmade cards, uniquely crafted in and around campus,

You should figure out what makes you different. There are thousands of artists around the

campuses and road sides in our street and campuses who sell hundreds of thousands of artwork.
How can you get anyone’s attention ion? What I think fist isstudent job

Sell to your audience. Don’t worry about standing out for everyone who sees you. Once you know who you’re

trying to reach and what makes you unique or your designing unique just put yourself in the places where

those people hang out. Display your work or work up to them one on one , and seek out the other places

to sell art both offline/online that are out there, but then if you want to focus online alone you want to

for start visiting niche blogs that your target audience is reading. Find a way to get your art featured

there in form of advert or what have you

Build a List. This is crucially important, and too many artists miss this. Once you start getting attention

you need a way to keep their attention. Sign up for an email list management service like Mailchimp.com,

and then put up a signup form on your website. Put on your website that you offer special offers to your

mailing list and let people sign up for it. Most of your sales will come from your mailing list and if you

want to focus on selling offline the more people you talk to or have checked out your piece of art work

or appreciated your creativity one way or the other create a data base were you can reach then by

collecting their phone numbers, names and any other information you need to contact them more

info on list building

NOTE: you don’t have the skill of creating one yourself but as a smart student you think you can tape into this

opportunity just get somebody that can uniquely craft it for you and you do the selling you never

BusinessHOT DEMAND: Make Money, Setting FREE Fan Pages For Business Owners by mcvize(op): 2:09pm On Sep 29, 2014
Hello my friend? Do you know student-entrepreneurship is on the RISE?

But there are only a handful of people who will be really successful? The

dividing line between the once making it and the one struggling is KNOWLEDGE?

Congratulation! For you are in for a treat today, as I unveil to you a simple strategy

of making money creating FREE Facebook pages to Local business owners.

Local business owners are those kinds of businesses we find around us. The hair salon,

restaurant and bars, welders, painters, Dentist and surgeons, Cake bakers, jewelry sellers etc.

The first thing you need to do is go to online directories and look for different businesses

that have a website. So for example, let’s say I type in fashion shops on vconnect.com,

which is a business directory for Nigerians.

campusjob

Now, click on the “website‟ below each business listings and that would land you

on their website and look around to see whether these businesses have a Facebook

page anywhere on their site. If they don’t have a Facebook page anywhere on their

website or anywhere you can

find on Facebook then this is a potential lead.

Now that we have discovered a potential client, what’s next? Well the next thing is

to contact these business owners or email them with your FREE Facebook fan page offer.

Fortunately for us, we might find their emails on either their vconnect profile page

or on their website. For example, you could have an email like this.

“Subject Line: My FREE Fan page offer for your business..

“Hi, I noticed you are into bid making based in Abuja. I have

been browsing your website and I noticed you do not have

a presence on Facebook. Therefore, I have decided to offer

you a chance to create a FREE Facebook page for you, at no cost.

If you are interested in this FREE offer then please do not hesitate to

contact me on 07038990957 or you can email me at myemail@Bleep.com”

This is one sure method to contact business owners in your area who do

not have a Facebook page for peanuts….
