The judgement was issued against customs account DOMILCLIED WITH GTB[not with any other bank],Gtb inteferred with the money claiming forgery of papers by INNOSON in order to gain time and use the money for business......caput
Since they used the money for business and they made profit of over 257B or so, let them pay na...... but I know they wouldn't allow their properties be taken over just like that.
We are observing anyway.

Thanks. I believe every profession has regulatory bodies. So I visited the nursing regulatory body website. My aim was to intimate them on the incident but their contact was dead. For a field that has to do with human life, I would have thought it would be available 24/7 just like abroad where things function.
NB: I am not entirely without blame though because there were some red flags which I was supposed to have acted on.
First of all I would think that a hospital that was into midwifery and obstetrics was not supposed to practice general medicine. I may be wrong though just my thoughts and there were young girls of 18-27 years working there. You would really think they were doing fashion parade the way they were walking up and down.
Don't be surprised if you eventually find out that they were not licenced to operate as any self.
Only God knows the extent of damage they might have caused.
Anyway, it's a learning point and I hope you actually find a way to expose them.
Sorry for your predicament. I wish you quick recovery.

Dear OP, kindly state the name and location of the said hospital. Whatever evidence you have to support your claim, please hold on to it and when the need arises, kindly bring them forward.
Wish you quick recovery.
You just did what should be done here.
Its left for him to provide the name or not.

TONYE001:
Create awareness by not stating the name and location of the facility?
We shouldn't believe all we see online, especiallttales without tangible proofs to support.
Notwithstanding, that doesn't fault his claim.
Doesn't mean such things don't happen, neither does it mean that quacks don't exist in some of our clinics.
Anyone can just do well by asking him to name the hospital. Its that simple!

How do we know what you're saying is true. Tell us the name and location of the medical institution instead of ranting incessantly!
What's even wrong with some of you people here? He/she brought this so as to create awareness of the ills going on in some hospitals and possibly avert further 'disaster' yet you called that ranting? undecided
If you're un-informed or don't know what to say, the best thing is to be quiet and learn from those who knows. Non.sense!

Is this another news to bring a fresh blood bathe in the banking sector next week?
zenith should get ready to unseat Gtb.
Unseat ko, seat-over ni.
I don't see possibility of such ruling holding water.

Think you did the right thing. Like someone said, no one knows what the issue is these days that stock starts witnessing dumping once the coy declares good result. Fcmb will still pick up.
The dumping is just an opportunity to load more for those who have enough fund in reserve.
Qualification date is April 11th.

UNIONDAC presented a wonderful 2018 result .

Bear in mind their BALANCE SHEET as at 1st Jan 2018 stood at a whooping loss of over #320m while that of 2019 was on a CLEAN SLATE with profit of N82m.

In addition they made over N400m in 2018 and 80% of their wipe their ACCCUMULATED LOSS.
I just pray and hope udac continue on this profitable path, it will still become investors toast with time. If it were to be before, this their moving from debt to profitability would have been celebrated.

Thanks. It is my training oooo. Unfortunately, my over-cautiousness is always robbing me of good stocks to speculate on. The rule one for me is capital preservation.
Think I really needed such training too - over-cautiousness. I used to act on impulse/hope and it used to affect me.
Mendes have been doing the training all alone, reason I divorce him. grin
Don't hesitate to always bring the checks pls. Though Agba and Mendes used to do this before but stopped.... I understand anyway.

I'm now fcmb shareholder with just tasere units.
My e-dividend is long time activated.
planning to make it round number on Monday.
It will be 140k dividend.Hmm nothing like zenith dividend o.
You should consider the share price of both as well.
The amount invested in Zenith that gave you big dividend, if invested in fcmb, the dividend will equally be big na.

Blood shed @ fidelity ongoing while fcmb builds up. Anyways defection from fidelity to fcmb is allowed as our politician will always do and crosscarpet from APC to PDP and vice versa.
Lol. Cross-carpeting all the way.
EPS: FCMB 75k, Fidelity 79k.
Dividend: Fcmb 14k, Fidelity 11k
So Fcmb is much better than fidelity as it is now. My opinion anyway.
