There'll definitely be buyers but you may likely sell at loss.
Reason: The dividend, 2.50k will be deducted from its closing price of today.
Bad side of it: It may not bounce back to the price you purchased it sooner
Good side of it: It may bounce back quickly to your purchase price, thereby you have nothing to lose.
Determinant: Mr. Market, economic stability and/or......any other factor.
In conclusion: If you are not selling sooner like I said earlier, go for it.

2.50k is not bad as dividend. You may go for it if you dont plan to sell your Zenith soon after mark down.

I dont think you need to go through such stress.
Just download forms from different registrars, fill them and tick many 'viable' coys on it before taking to the bank for submission.
You dont have to have a single unit at the point of e-registration......my understanding of how it works, I may be wrong though.

Payment date is 25th March. The delay might likely be from NIBSS though.
If you can't meet up with that date, your dividend will always be there to claim anyway.
