fxuser:Welcome back boss! Thanks for bringing bull with you too. No wonder gtb was firing up today. ![]() |
Layi9:That's the rule (as per the last price movement amendment). Go through this rule and learn one or two things more. http://www.nse.com.ng/mediacenter/pressreleases/Pages/nse-reviews-rules-on-pricing-methodology.aspx http://www.nse.com.ng/regulation-site/Dealing%20Members%20Rules/Amendments%20to%20Dealing%20Members%20Rules%20(Part%20XVI)%20-%20Chapter%203%20Trading%20and%20Exchange%20Operations%20-%20Market%20Structure.pdf |
Guinness getting lots of attention these days. I think those interested should start getting in small small. My opinion pls............based on recent movement/volume and big boss' recommendation. DD applies. |
rebekah2011:Zee will narrow the gap one way or the other. ![]() |
PETERiCHY:Allow Loco be. He's busy at the door entrance. ![]() He will show up after he's able to squeeze himself out. ![]() |
FBNH: 37M bids Vs. 13M offers..............retesting 4.95..... ......let's see how far her "enemies of N5 cross-over" can go this time around ![]() GTB: 23.40 ............23.50 now....................sit tight if you're inside the bus. ![]() |

Zenith responding to upward movement of GTB. Access also......6.80 now.....room created for UBA to also move up... Bids increasing for CAVERTON, though not a fan but let me speak on behalf of OGG. ![]() I think they might give a good dividend considering their interim 2019 FYE. Well improved result. |
RichEstate:You're welcome. Try and apply the % and come up with the units needed to average down using the prices. Check out that of fxuser too. |
GTB arrived KM 23...... ![]() |
RichEstate:1. The first question is called averaging down. * Go to page 5380, search for a post from jejebabaa with one small table. * Page 3837, a post from fxuser ...... Breakeven wahala with percentage table.....do some calculations and come up with some figures on 1000units. *Someone actually gave a comprehensive breakdown in figures but cant lay hands on it now. Anyone with such table should pls share again. 2. Second question is called averaging up. U can add to the stock when price is going up depending on the vital or insider info at your disposal. Maths teachers should assist with calculations here. ![]() |
talk2me2:I searched for my reply to Oga Rebekah on 4th Dec 2019 so I can make reference to it concerning this bua cement. See it below: Mcy56:Your bad feelings was understandable considering the huge gain Nsempas missed out on ccnn/bua cement merger. As for me I was determined to take risk and make ccnn 100% of my portfolio that time but I was busy doing jijo first, and it turned out that they suddenly placed restriction on the share sale, it turned out that the small units in my portfolio was showing over 150% gain, it could be painful.......but pls let it go, what if it had gone the other way round and it happened that Pa Emma was able to save us huge loss? Also note that he also missed out of the goodies, which made his view not a misled afterall. Seems many people here did not see the gain coming. I saw it, was confused with the comments but ready to take the risk and responsibility for the action however it comes out to be. In essence, I'm saying few people including me, spoke in favour of the merger, some took the risk and some did not. In confused situation, I think 50-50 should be applied depending on your due diligence and you must be ready to take responsibility for your actions too. Lets not discourage those who are helpful on this thread from sharing their views. No vex. |
ebuka1997:No regret bros. Just follow it through this once, then make sure you dont sell all, leave 10units or thereabout in your portfolio permanently to avoid this type of scenario again. |
anjilgreat:Thanks for the clarification and correction. I just typed your moniker off-hand and thought I got it right. ![]() I'm good, thks ma. ![]() |
ebuka1997:Not all registrars request for share transfer form. Some are only bent on frustrating customers......but like Madam suggested, which I also picked a learning point from, I think it's better to have extra signed copies with the broker cos they are supposed to fill it and send to the registrar from their end. My concern is this: *Does a broker open files for individuals? Maybe analogue broker but not sure of digital ones. *What happens when you needed another copy and the broker couldn't lay hands on the already signed ones again? Cc: Madam @Angilgreat |
Intendy:NPF Microfinance Bank Guess it's autocorrect. Intendy, Police is your friend nah. ![]() The stock is done with its rally I think. It traded mostly at 1.95 but ended up closing lower intraday but higher than previous close. |
dharpzee:Payment date is today 18th May.......you should get any moment from now. I think it's high time for Wema's ministry to move up. I don't know the kind of sentiment that's keeping the share price below 60kobo. Its supposed to be at the 70kobo region at least. Its own time will come anyway. |
PharmAlfred:Lol. I just gentle ni. ![]() The range is relatively stable and it's a bit better cos there are records of quite a number of greens; no panic or massive dumping. Lance, did you see Zenith? Still closed a bit higher (15.50) despite the ranging and offers.....na so e go waka slowly reach 16 and keep moving, barring any unforeseen situation again. ![]() |
PharmAlfred:Mcy is here my bros. Anything for me? ![]() |
RabbiDoracle:Rabbi, the name that sells FIDSON. ![]() Boss, na hail I dey hail you o. Wouldn't be surprised if it's Nsempas that are trading the stock now. ![]() |
PETERiCHY:Just when the haulage guy came looking for him. Lol. You get bad mouth. ![]() |
ndidigood:Oh! Okay. ![]() You're right sis. Not all stocks are good for JIJO. The non-liquid ones especially, and if you're lucky to enter at bottom price, because you wouldnt get maximum gain from them if traded on jijo. If to say you asked before selling, you would have gotten opinions to pick from. |
lancee:Yes. Following the pattern but they ended up closing higher..........too much unwillingness to sell lower despite higher offers than bids....... UBA finally equalised with Access. Both closed at 6.25. Will it overtake? We wait and see cos this is long overdue.... ![]() |
Coolcash1:Not at all sir. ![]() Just telling them cos there's no chart that represent that, before they start asking me for pointer or proof, you know we have lots of you gurus here. ![]() |
ndidigood:You exited too early.....or do you mean 'sold at 5.85'? If it's 5.85, it's good then. ![]() Seems this is their earning season, those inside the bus should just be wary of greed. Anything is possible anyway. ![]() Or you also meant that I made you sell it at 3.85? Pls tell me how. ![]() |
ojeysky:Some stocks are for the patient ones or medium/long term investors, especially when gotten at cheaper prices. Not all is good for JIJO. If not for the atmosphere and situation of things around the world, I would have said boldly that Unilever will still return 100% from its year low (9.90).......but no one is sure of anything now. *No one should quote me* At owner's risk. Also do not ask me for chart on this. ![]() |
Stanbic N31... I mentioned this Stanbic when it was trading at 23 and about to reverse up.....good luck to those who were able to decode it then......after all Wetin I know. Just an ordinary keyboard warrior. ![]() |
GTB 22.50 now......planning to retest the 23 junction..... Caveat: Daily updates are not for itchy fingers and long term investors, it's for info purpose only. If you can decode any info and it works to your advantage, good luck. ![]() |
Marketapprentic:Lol. Loco is now a TA guy o, instead of him to tell us say he's still an apprentice. ![]() |
Access and UBA gimmicks, is UBA planning to overthrow Access? Will Access agree?.....observing... ![]() Access: 6.30 UBA : 6.20........ |
Seunn11:Audio class captain. ![]() Can't you settle the fight btw the parties involved? |
PETERiCHY:Loco knows his ways, I only pity the jijo followers who would be carried away and got stuck in them. ![]() Reason I posted that they should be ready to convert it to long term should greed not allow them to be smart enough to bail out while the ovation is the loudest. ![]() |
