My brother, the problem with us Nigerians sometimes is with never value what we have until another Governor takes over. I believe you also render causes on Akpabio. I believe there's alot of paperwork and feasibility studies to be done. I have spent the last 5 years in the other states. Aks has been blessed with good governors. I follow the news and am certain commencement of work will start. Let's give the governor the benefit of doubt till his tenure is up then we can say he didn't do anything. I can remember vividly when Akpabio stated the construction of flyovers in the state. So many causes were rendered on him. How about when he stopped motorcycle? Then said he wants his people to starve and die of hunger. But look at Akwa Ibom today. As at 2008. Aks had one radio station and 2 TV stations. How about today? Lets count our blessings pls. There are so many things to mention. Let's not be too quick to render causes on our leader until we are in same position.

It is obviously with honest intentions to lift the state and country economically that drives the governor to go search for these business partnerships, but for the love of God i wonder if our governors in Naija do critical thinking, research and surveys before they undertake some projects.

What is the need for fertilizer production in Always Ibom? There are a couple of more viable projects that we have started and not been able to kick off production and stabilize. The oil palm, the port. I can't forget the tragic waste of Library, Tropicana Hotel, Hospital at Itam(biggest tragedy) etc. Let him put all the effort to bring those lost projects to life.

We are in a country were fertilizer production is dominated by the Omnipotent Dangote group, and Indorama in PORT HARCOURT, there is no chance that Akwa Ibom would just walk in and see a ready market to sell in commercial quantity in a corrupt country were such large scale business is regulated by the inept federal government.
Even if our facility is the best, the government would never be fair, and there would be major roadblocks facing it. Smh

That there are other companies into fertilizer production doesn't mean other states should fold hands. There's enough air for everyone to breath. This is a good development. It's more of a federal government project just that it is cited in Akwa Ibom state. So many other projects embarked on by the state that isn't operating in full capacity will begin to in a matter of time. Akwa Ibom state is really doing well if you ask me compared to other states in Nigeria.. BUA refinery in 2024, this particular one in 2025. Air traffic sch, Ibom deep sea port, upgrade of our international airport.. there's alot to look forward to. By the end of his tenure we can do a proper criticism

farming is lucrative if done properly and according to the rules,imagine what you get from one seed planted at the end,if you use calculator to be multiply and add before even planting it will make you lose focus with the big picture,which is good agricultural practice,I have seen farmers that embark on an hectare project after typing calulator and the job ends up stopping Midway due to lack of funds and materials,many cucumber farms are crawling on the ground due to lack of funds for proper staking,many rookie farmers will want to make millions from farming but lose focus and sound judgement,a well managed 2-3 plots of land to me is better than a poorly managed 1 hectare.

Thanks for your response. The reason I asked is cause I'm not actually the one going into the farming. I'm only partnering with a friend who is already into cucumber farming. I knew about the cucumber farm he has before I stumbled on this thread and had to go back to him for more information. As for funding, that won't be a problem. The land is mine . Instead of allowing it to waste, I decided to do the deal with him. Hence my asking what my outcome in terms of profit will look like .

I have a face cream that she can use that will remove those black spot. Another thing is tell her to stop using soap on her face when having her bath. It's not ideal. Invest into animal farming of ur choice, when this lockdown is over,prices of meats in the market will sky rocket. This lockdown will take at least 1- 2 months most animal farmers are not bringing in new animals or birds into there farm for the fear of the unknown. Most are scared of fall in demand.

Both cars are too distinct for you to be confused but Lexus is a V6 and a luxurious car fuel economy wise and maintenance would be higher than the corolla.

The corolla is a point a to b car highly fuel efficient and cheap to maintain if well taken care of.

Note : interest rate is not constant; it fluctuates. If its MMF your interest is credited daily except weekend where you will have to wait for it to be credited on Monday morning.
