Yet to get the news where dividend was declared. Dangote Sugar that is entangled in FX loses. Had to exit the stock. That is how I will exit all unprofitable stocks (even at a loss) and clean up my portfolio.

Someone in a group I belonged actually received dividend from Dangsugar today. He also asked if anyone received as well. That's why I'm asking too.

GTB has the lowest PE, Highest ROE and like the 4th lowest price to book value.

I've imagined this will happen. Not that I can prove statistically or have any privileged information. My gut feeling just tell me something is up. I had same feeling for UBA and Access Bank. Same way I have for Chams.

I started buying Nigeria stocks after I discover this thread.

I have learnt a lot from the good, the bad and the ugly. I take every side of discuss very seriously here.

One thing I have personally realised is that to make good money on the NGX, one need to invest at least a million naira per stock on your portfolio. Some stock movement might not happen again in a lifetime.... When these big moves happens, it ought to set you up financially but if you invest little, the share price fantastic movement will only give you peanut.

I was reviewing my portfolio this morning, I realised that my Ellah Lake shares have done almost 100% ROI but Na just one bag of rice I can buy with that fantastic movement. I used only about 2% of my portfolio to purchase the Ellahlake.

I don't want to make that same mistake with Access Bank.

Here is one major issue with Bamboo app. They usually don't update their stocks' prices and when you try placing an order, they use the outdated price.

This morning, I tried placing a buy order for Dangsuga but Bamboo is quoting ₦35 per share to purchase Dangsuga when the market value is around ₦31.

They will execute the order at ₦35 and pocket the difference of ₦4.

Why on earth are you using fintech to trade on Nigerian stock. There are so many Nigerian stock brokers out there. Stop paying double charges to the fintech and the broker.
