Hmmm. It must really be a sad experience for those who invested in the scheme Nuzo1: Honestly, I only heard of this CBEX the day Nairaland flooded the front page with news of her crash.
And lately, I’m just getting to know that most people I know invested in the scheme.
This is the first time I’m not hearing about something that’s popular or notorious.
Oh sorry, I got to know about MMM late too. I guess people know there are things you don’t need to tell me. |

To me, I didn't see the removal of Abure as a victory in in it's entire, except Peter and other Oppositions manage themselves very well. Since this administration knows that Peter Obi is a strong force, joining a coalition will make him more formidable. Hence, the tactics to remove Abure, so that Peter Obi will not even bother to Join coalition. Likewise every other strong opposition too. |

Politics › Supreme Court Says Abure Not Labour Party Chairman by Mear23(op): 10:48am On Apr 04, 2025 |
The Supreme Court has set aside the judgment of the Court of Appeal, in Abuja, that recognized Julius Abure as the National Chairman of the Labour Party (LP). MOUTHPIECE NGR reports that the Supreme Court in a unanimous judgment, on Friday, by a five-member panel, held that the Court of Appeal lacked the jurisdiction to pronounce Abure the national chairman of the LP having earlier found that the substance of the case was about the party’s leadership. It held that the issue of leadership was an internal affair of the party over which courts lacked jurisdiction. The Supreme Court allowed the appeal filed by Senator Nenadi Usman and one other and held that it was meritorious. It proceeded to dismiss the cross-appeal filed by the Abure’s faction of the LP for not being unmeritorious. Anyone that calls this singular act of Natasha "Rush" is delusional. Right before now, the woman had been so good to his constituent. I know many of my university mate the woman had helped to secure job. Unlike the conventional politicians, the people I am talking about has no connections, yet she assisted them. Many of her constituent had been empowered to undergo one training or the other too. Few in this category are my university mates too. |

awoo47: Except ukraine broke the pact first by clamoring for NATO. That's what even started the invasion.Biden met with russia and one of the key note was Ukraine shouldn't join Nato, he dismissed them and called them jokers. Next week russia invaded. Why he no send US military and turn it to world war? Ukraine should be blamed, at least for breaking the pact then. However, the manner in which USA is currently handling the matter is totally discouraging, you can imagine a vice president talking to president of a sovereign nation as if he was talking to his PA |
Foreign Affairs › Re: You Showed Restraint By Not Hitting ‘scumbag’ Zelenskyy – Russia Hails Trump by Mear23: 12:13pm On Mar 01, 2025 |
This is purely a case of use and dump. And agreement was reach for Ukraine to Surrender their nuclear weapons. And 3 countries including Russia signed a pact that they would protect Ukraine if anything go wrong. The same you that signed the pact invaded the country. Meaning that you did not keep to your own side of the agreement. Yesterday, zelensky categorically stated that Russia has never keep to the any agreement. He cited several instances. And further for the assurance that Russia would keep to terms of ceasefire. Through out the president and vice president speech. None of them talk about how they will enforce Russia to keep to the agreement. But they rather resulted to bullying. This is not the case of zelensky playing with fire. I pray God will continue to strengthen him at this critical time. I truly defer with Trump on this. |

GanagiBitrus: A murderer may poison somebody & later burn the corpse to make it look as if fire killed the person. An autopsy studies the internal organs etc, to determine the exact cause of death - in this case poison.
However, autopsy will not work if the corpse was completely burnt to ashes Thank you very much |

If you were the one, will you go there alone?? I wonder why people like you are taking delight in government clamping down on perceived enemies. Tomorrow, the same you will still shout Nigeria is bad if tables turn to your side mustyNEMESIS: We play too much in this country.
An individual was invited for questioning by the police, instead of him to submit himself for questioning alone and as an individual, he went with the whole of the union body. Just because he is the union president. Imagine for a minute this person happens to be the president of the country, what would happen?
Yet, these are the same set of people that will accuse the government of corruption. Now, what do you call this?
They were even threatening to go on strike if detained? Yet, he has people supporting him…. And this same of people will turn around to call the country a “failed state”.
Can you plant okra and expect to harvest apple?
Nigeria as a whole is a reflection of its citizens, period. |
