First, we know that shepherds were in the fields watching their flocks at the time of Jesus' birth (Luke 2:7- 8 ). Shepherds were not in the fields during December.

Since December is cold and rainy in Judea, it is likely the shepherds would have sought shelter for their flocks at night" .Since the weather would not have permitted" shepherds watching over their flocks in the fields at night.

It was also written in the scriptures that Jesus' parents came to Bethlehem to register in a Roman census (Luke 2:1-4).

Such censuses were not taken in winter, when temperatures often dropped below freezing and roads were in poor condition. Taking a census under such conditions would have been self-defeating.

If Jesus Christ wasn't born on December 25, does the Bible indicate when He was born?

The biblical accounts point to the fall of the year as the most likely time of Jesus' birth, based on the conception and birth of John the Baptist.

Since Elizabeth (John's mother) was in her sixth month of pregnancy when Jesus was conceived (Luke 1:24-36), we can determine the approximate time of year Jesus was born if we know when John was born.

But whether we chose to celebrate his birth on the 25th of December or any other time of the year, the point remains that to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace(Isaiah 9:6).

That child is Jesus Christ who was sent by GOD to die for the sins of the world so that we all can be saved.

You are right about that. Super Visco and OandoXL are good but from available research, these oils turn to gel within two months and less than 3000 miles. When I said, we choose TOTAL Q9000, it means that it conforms to its claims as a good synthetic oil for its own category and the ACEA certifications which it claims to have, is ideal and suitable for all types of Engines. We want to know why we are going foreign in our choice of Engine oils and I am the No 1 culprit because the cars that I currently work on, which like you stated, are North American Cars and they require Castrol and we feel there must be an alternative to Castrol oil when servicing AUDIs, BMWs, LAND ROVERs amongst our local oil labels so that we don't destroy our engines in the name of buy made in Nigeria products. TOTAL Q9000's claims have been verified but we dont know if it has the General Motors 2 Dexos certification. We will get that information from their Lube Engineers soon. We are moving to FORTE 10000 Synth and while awaiting the specs sheet from them, we can take your comments on your experience using TOTAL Q9000 on your engines.

There is a company, with close to 50 employees (80% of which are females) based in Abuja, where my sister works. Some of staff have spent upto 10 years and my sister just spent 4 years now, but the Managing Director has refused to enrol them for the mandatory pension scheme, even though it is stated in her letter of employment, i.e. to register her for the scheme.

At a point, a female-based NGO wrote to the company mandating it to register its staff for the pension scheme, the MD grudgingly started the process, by bringing forms for the staff to fill, but later stopped when it appeared that he must have settled with the NGO. Since he stopped the process, they have not heard anything from the NGO again.

And the situation the staff find themselves is that they are afraid to confront the company, as the MD fires staff at will, especially when you discuss issues like this with him. The staff live in fear and are at the mercy of the MD who runs the company as it pleases him, even when it negates professional and etnical standards.

That is good to know. We are not talking about the suitability of the oil for your model of car, we are talking about their claims. The Oando SYN that I used in drums was not the same that I used and stopped using in 2015 in gallons. That is the issue about the oil. For a 1999 car, API recommends that the current oil is able to render full protection to an older engine. We used it in a 2007 Toyota Camry and the oil dried up completely. The owner of that Camry is online and can testify. No leakage, just dried up and he later used a conventional oil.
