Celebrities / No Breastfeeding For My Kids — Cossy Orjiakor by medlat(m): 10:42pm On Apr 11, 2015
Boobs-toting Nollywood diva and singer, Cossy Orjiakor, is never one to go missing in a crowd. Not by a long shot. Her humongous mammary has become such a legend, that both men and women cannot ignore her. Though many may find her repulsive but it doesn’t seem to take any hair off her skin as she flaunts them readily anywhere the opportunity presents itself.

The Nutty Queen crooner recently took to her Facebook page to tell her fans how much she cherishes her boobs by heaping praises on God for bestowing her with such gift of life. “ I am so grateful to God for this lovely boobs. Though sometimes they are such a burden. The load gets big but I love them” she says.

“ In ten years my boobs will still be firm and good because I will use sucker to pull the milk for my kids. No direct sucking. No breastfeeding” she quips. Then, she added a line that must have got some guys day-dreaming “OMG My boobs fell out again yesterday at TBS. I was so shy of myself as a guy helped package it for me “

Politics / Buhari Is Back In Nigeria, Says He’s Physically And Mentally Fit by medlat(m): 8:55am On Mar 06, 2015
The All Progressives Congress, APC Presidential Candidate, General Mohammadu Buhari has returned to Nigeria from the United Kingdom early Friday Morning after a two week break, saying he was physically and mentally fit.

It will be recalled that Buhari left the country on Thursday, February 19, 2015 for London.

But the trip sparked off arguments about his health status back in Nigeria with mainly the supporters of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and President Goodluck Jonathan saying that he went for medical attention in London.

Crime / Boko Haram Slaughters 74 Men, 20 Children For Refusing To Join Them by medlat(m): 8:19am On Mar 06, 2015
Just yesterday at Njaba Village in Damboa Local Government Area of Borno State, the dreaded Islamic sect, Boko Haram, slaughtered 74 men and 20 children for refusing to join them.

There was, however, no official confirmation from either police or military authorities on the claims by residents of both Damboa and Chibok, where over 200 schoolgirls were abducted early last year.

Religion / Pastor Chris & Anita Oyakhilome Reportedly Share Their Two Children by medlat(m): 9:10am On Mar 05, 2015
Months after the seperation of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, the founder of Christ Embassy Church and his wife Pastor Anita, the estranged couple have reportedly shared their two children.

While Sharon, the eldest, prefers Pastor Chris, Charlene is presently with Anita.

Anita had last year April approached a London court, seeking a divorce on the grounds of adultery among several allegations.

The suit, number FDI 4001650, was filed on her behalf by Attwaters Jameson Hill Solicitors on April 9, 2014 at the Divorce Section A, Central Family Court, First Avenue House, High Holborn, London, United Kingdom.

Pastor Chris was served the divorce letters in his hotel room during one of his visits to the UK.

Efforts to reach the camp of Pastor Chris last night proved abortive.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, had then denied the allegations leveled against him by Anita and even threatened to sue media houses for damaging his name and Church.

Last September, a statement by his counsel, Kemi Pinheiro (SAN), described the allegation as “wicked and malicious”, and an attempt to bring Pastor Chris “to public opprobrium and ridicule.”

Pinheiro said the adultery allegation “currently circulating in the media was nothing but a complete distortion of facts in the pending proceedings in the United Kingdom”.

The lawyer warned media establishments to verify the authenticity of their stories before publication, saying his counsel would take appropriate legal actions against them to protect Pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s reputation and that of the church.

Politics / How I Felt When Obasanjo Tore His PDP Membership Card by medlat(m): 9:20am On Feb 23, 2015
I don’t feel any difference, because the bullets have been coming over and over for a very long time. So you see, it gets to a situation you become hardened. That is why even in those days when corporal punishment was in vogue, parents were advised not to be flogging their children for all flimsy excuses. If you have children you shout at over smallest things they do, then your shouting at some points will become meaningless; even when they have not really done anything wrong, you shout, they would just say Daddy or Mummy has started again. They will not feel guilty again, because they don’t know the difference between when they have done wrong and when they have not done anything wrong. They just feel that Daddy or Mummy is always shouting.

When you are making comments, they must be targeted at events. But when they become serial, or a daily affair, then they are no longer relevant; then they are no longer helping anybody.

Politics / #OPINION POLL! Does GEJ Have The Moral Right To Re-contest? by medlat(m): 10:12am On Nov 15, 2014
During his tenure, terrorism rose to its peak. Many Nigerians were internally displaced. Over 200 girls were kidnapped. And many territories are been occupied by the Boko Haram sect. Security has been a major challenge in his administration yet nothing tangible has been done to savage the situation. All his administration does is to condemn terrorist act, giving assurance of been on top of the situation, make promise of getting something done and giving excuse for what has happened.
However, his administration isn’t all about failure. At least he showed Nigerians some of his score cards which include but not limited to; construction of roads (Benin-Ore road, Abuja-Lokoja road among others), remodeling of airports, freedom of expression and political freedom among others.
Yes, he has the constitutional right to seek re-election. Now, he has declared to seek re-election. Having failed to secure the lives of Nigerians, do you think he has the moral right to re-contest?
Will he get your vote?
Lets get your opinion

Foreign Affairs / Behold! Saudi Beheads 7th Pakistani On Drugs Charges In One Month by medlat(m): 10:49am On Nov 14, 2014
A Pakistani convicted of smuggling heroin became Thursday the seventh person from his country beheaded over the past month in Saudi Arabia for drug trafficking.
The execution of Niyaz Mohammed Ghulam Mohammed was carried out in Riyadh after he was “tried and found guilty of attempting to smuggle a large amount of heroin,” the official Saudi Press Agency reported.
The latest case brings to 67 the number of foreigners and Saudis executed for crimes this year, despite international concerns.
The interior ministry says the government is battling narcotics “because of their great harm to individuals and society.”
In September, an independent expert working on behalf of the United Nations called for an immediate moratorium on the death penalty in Saudi Arabia.
Rape, murder, apostasy and armed robbery are also punishable by death under the kingdom’s strict version of Islamic sharia law.

Okijajuju1:
'Chairman' Album..

...And if the 'Chairman' song was sooo good that he used it as the title of his Album, then God have mercy on the rest of the tracks..

Continues Jamming my Illegal Musik 1 & 2 mixtape..

'Chairman' song is widely considered a flop (he claimed to be the chairman in the song), after massive hyping (including a one of the biggest Google hangouts ever). I guess that explains the exclusion from this album, plus he conceded the "Chairman' title in the last track.
Celebrities / Record Breaking! M.I Featured 32 Artists In The Chairman Album. Read Full Review by medlat(m): 12:44pm On Nov 11, 2014
In this piece, Ajibola, a Producer with Pearl Studio reviewed M.I’s latest album; the Chairman. The most interesting thing in the album is that he featured over 30 artists, now that’s a record in the Nigerian entertainment industry (maybe in Africa).

The album features collaborations with producers and guest artists such as 2face Idibia, Wizkid, Seyi Shay, Ice Prince, Olamide, Phyno, Reminisce, Oritse Femi, Patoranking, Reinhard, Runtown, Sarkodie, Nosa, Beenie Man, Koker, Moti Cakes, Wilson Alao, Sound Sultan, Emmy Ace, Sammy Gyang, Chigurl, Milli, Frank Edwards, Nanya, G-Plus, Morell, Loose Kaynon, Pheelz, Debbie, DJ Lambo, Sarz, Stormrex, L-37, Vstix and I.J. The album’s production began in 2012 and continued through the third quarter of 2014. The album was supported by “Chairman” and “King James”, two promotional singles that didn’t make the cut.

In all, above average album. Versatile with something for everyone. Good but below expectation, especially based on the antecedents of M.I and his previous works. He got the best out of his collaborations, but I’m afraid, they almost owned the album. About 30 artistes were featured on the Album; that the highest I’ve noticed on any Album ever.

Now, let’s get started, Short reviews, 1 track at a time.

Track 1: The Beginning/Nobody
Nice Skit, comical. No direct relationship to the Album Theme (The Chairman) except that it ends with ‘Monkey’ and the next track (Track 2) is titled Monkey. RATING: 4/5

Track 2: Monkey
Funny Song. Chigurl did justice to the track. M.I’s rap style was similar to African Rapper No.1 on his M.I 2 Album but the former doesn’t measure up to this. I hope Glo Reps listen to the track. RATING: 3/5

Track 3: Rich
Nostalgic. Nice Chorus, superb soundtrack. This is one song you’ll remember even if you listen only once. Koker delivered the chorus in a way that makes you wanna skip all else just to hear ‘Ilekun Asi’. Arguably one of the best songs on the Album. RATING: 4.5/5

Track 4: Mine
Love lullaby. If you propose to your girl with this song, you’d likely get a yes. Top notch vocal delivery from Wizkid, his best in a long long time. RATING: 3.5/5

Track 5: Bullion Van
Of all the featured artists (3 in no.), Phyno stood out with his trademark voice. The bridge/ending was superb. However, the track get tiring with time & its monotony. Hopefully, Igbo Business men can relate to it better. RATING: 3.5/5

Track 6: Bad Belle
Nice Soundtrack. International feel. It can stand toe to toe with the Jayz’ and the Kanyes. Arguable the Best Rap track for M.I on the Album. Collabo was on point. RATING: 4.5/5

Track 7: Shekpe
This one is intended for the street. And it was well driven by Igboro himself, Reminince. He did the street proud on this one. The downside, however, is with the chorus: ‘one sherpe bottle standing on the way…’.. It was just off it. It would have been better if it was sung once (without emphasis) towards the end of the song. RATING: 3.5/5

Track 8: Brother
This is the best song, content wise. It’s about the only song you can play when your Pastor is in the car. Wonderful collaboration with Nosa; he added width, harmony and colour to the song. RATING: 4/5

Track 9: The Middle
All the artists on this track played their part well. Olamide added pepper while I.J added salt. M.I was the Chicken on the Jollof rice. RATING: 3.5/5

Track 10: Enemies
Pato didn’t rank high on this. The song is just there. Nothing spectacular. RATING: 3/5

Track 11: Millionaira Champagne
Crowded and Noisy. Typical Club song. RATING: 2.5/5

Track 12: Always Love
I can really pick what ticks on this track.. Somewhat boring to me. Don’t expect much. RATING: 2.5/5

Track 13: Wheel Barrow
Strange sounds but chorus sounds familiar. M.I looked like the featured artist. The invited arts fit into the song better. RATING: 3/5

Track 14: Yours
A thank you song to M.I’s fans. He nailed this one, right to the skull. Effective collaboration; supplied what M.I was lacking. RATING: 4./5

Track 15: Beg
Finally one dance track. Your head must shake. New cliché added to Naija Dico. Collaboration worth it. RATING: 4/5

Track 16: Human Being
Intro outta Naija. Clear message. This one has M.I’s stamp on it, GBAM! It kinda remind you of the good’ol days when M.I was fresh. #me self I be human being. RATING: 4/5

Track 17: The End/Chairman
What a way to end an Album? M.I finally conceded the Chairmanship position to the One higher . Oritsefemi’s trademark voice set the way for the track. Frank was also on point. Superb sound track…. But by now M.I’s lines have become pretty boring and predictable. RATING: 3.5/5

Album Ranks 3.5 of 5. 3rd on the pecking order ( behind M.I 2, 1st and Talk about it, 2nd)

Do you agree with the ranking for the tracks and the album? Drop your comments below.

Graphic designer Javier Perez likes to emphasize the minimal. As he explains on his website, his artistic vision revolves around breaking free from a “saturation of the photos.” His most recent project combines his adorable minimal doodles with his own hands filling in the blanks. He’s reluctant to refer to himself as an artist, but the charming illustrations give him that title on their own.
