hey guys, if someone is using a sponsporship letter from someone in germany, will they be deducting automatically from the sponspor?

It has been improve steadily o. Though I do experience relapses once a while but the degree of relapses/hearing loss is also reducing as we go on. The doctor has refused to prescribed anymore drug after the one I took finished in November/December.

Is there anyway to help stop the nose blockage? It hasn't really stop though but ear is better than last time I came here but will still need more improvement and I hope this will help and I proceed with treatments.

get your ass to the clinic. Do not say you were not told. These things are silent killer. It could look like no harm but silently damaging things.

Besides, since you started, you never mentioned what your case or revealed anything about it and I am just knowing for the first time that it's your right ear giving you problem.

Go to the clinic bro and get help. Do not say u were not told.

Also, do not be scared like my friend, nothing like injection .

Just go and hear what they will say. If money is the problem, u can manage LUTH but expect lots of delays. The earlier the better.

Update:

So, last week Monday, I was at Tent of Life Clinic ikeja where I was directed to do hearing test at another clinic. After the test, which came out bad, we went back to the previous clinic to report. The doctor told my brother that the test looks very bad but he will suggest that I take some drugs to see if it will revive the hearing on my better ear.

Thanks to allycat for the contribution and the hope given, cos that was what I held on to when all the results were just flying around me.

I started taking the drugs on Tuesday night and kept on taking them everyday till today. In my life, I have never taken drugs so serious like this .

It was so bad that I wasn't even sure the drugs would work lol, however, allycat's words kept ringing my mind--it is curable infection.

days went by and I started noticing improvement on the better ear. I kept taking the drugs and it has been relieving me ever since

Things I noticed when I started the drugs:

There was a tingling sensation in the better ear, still feel it once a while

I sneezed like I have catarrh, which I do not have

The phlegm came out as usual.

There has not been any relapse since I started taking the drugs, unlike before when it would improve and relapse.

But my nostrils still acts partially block though, especially the left one as I type now which is in same side as the better ear.

My next appointment is 14th of December.

I was able to go to church today and even heard someone asked me what time it is, which I responded confidently.

Thanks to everyone who contributed to this thread, whether bad or good. It was nice meet you all here.

I did reach out to my brother based in US for the hearing aid and he asked me to get the type that I will need , which I shall do in my next appointment.

Dude, this is not a laughing matter. I will try as much as possible to control myself and respond. I spent 26k yesterday and drugs were prescribed which will cost 28k. I will get the drugs today.

But allycat seem to be one who said something my case might be. My left nostril is often blocked that my right. Right now, it is the left nostril that is block.

Go to a private clinic and do yours. Waiting for me to answer you for every step is not wise cos your case is different from mine.

I was shocked about the price of hearing aid

I am kinda broken right now. I was at the private clinic and the doctor referred me to a place to do test. We did the test and the man who carried out the test was saying hearing aid will be used and it cost 700k.

We have now return to the first clinic and the man isn't around at the time of typing this. He has gone back to teaching hospital and we are told to wait till 4-6PM.

I am very sure better ear can be solved. Please allycat, if you know a possible solution, help me. I can still hear sound with it except it comes out as muffled sounds.

I am broken really.
