On which report? Was it not the work that GEJ used as his campaign tools that the refineries are been over hauled to work? Gej did this think he will win and then continue with the status quo........so where are the funds that has been budgeted for the meantance of the refinery? APC spoke on the ground thinking PDP has worked there not knowing they only painted an old and rusty pipes instead of changing it...........These are the reason that Buhari must probe the last Government........ Buhari has rubished academic and certificate value in nigeria,The foundation has already been layed because Buhari himself has no valid certificate the one he produced was fake,those who open their mounth to talk without reasoning should know that once wrong foundation is layed it will continue to have structural defect,don't wast your time aquiring certificate because is of no use,that is the standard Buhari and APC has set,APC and Buhari has layed faulty Academic foundation in our leadership system.
