Nothing is impossible.

What you need is the ability to buy at that price. Zenith Bank at N11.00, some people were waiting for it at N5.

I am surprised those investors started buying zenith at over N20

Misleading headline.

It is UPDC

One of the shareholders of UACN Property Development Company (UPDC), UAC Nigeria, has been allocated 649 million units of UPDC Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) stocks worth N3.6 billion.
Exactly true... The media doesn't know the difference... When are they giving us ours na? grin

Ucap and Afriprudential are among the company I like so much in NSE, always maintain high ROI, and have the features of always coming down to pick those who are patient enough to wait for the earning season.
Exactly true... Especially UCAP... I have always bought it at 2.50+ never failed na only sell fast I dey don sha grin

Maybe in 5 to 10 years their growth will meet up with their body size. They are on the growing tack. They are in a good business, communication. But didn't do well in splitting several time a unit of share before listing.
We leave it to Mr. Time and market sha

Are you comparing them with which stock?
From my own view, MTN is over price at their current price. They duplicated each unit of their share severally before listing. Their name is what moves them for now, not ROI.
Your opinion... Mr. Time will tell... I decided to load MTN maka future...

In my own words, MTN at below #400 is a good bargain

No need pursuing bus wey don move far. CHAMPION delivered over +300% gain already (if I'm right), why will someone wants to jump in today?
Same reason some will jump inside UCAP at present price grin

On a serious note... MTN is highly undervalued

Some people are now holding bags in champions brewery. May be they will be able to bail out in the next cycle. If not, they will be there for a long time except something positive justifying the price happens.
I am sure nobody here entered champions late

When u see the likes of MAY & BAKER and FIDSON rising at a faster pace than their much healthier, more sound and more value accretive P2P/sector leader GSK, than u do not need a soothsayer to guide u on what to do.

The 1st is driven only by news/market sentiment, the 2nd already overvalued (price peg against RR margin)... while the 3rd is grossly UNDERVALUED !!

One word: ACCUMULATE !!

I've been mentioning GSK as being undervalued since December but some think I am monkey hunting grin

GSK should be selling above a single digits... It could be the next BIG THING... BOOKmark this message for future references.
