Hi Remioshy,

Apologies for contacting but I, like you had, am having issues with the fingerprint scanner. I have received it and I am using using it on a laptop with windows 10 and Java 8, but I get this page to the screen where it shows the boxes for to scan thumbs, but it does not proceed beyond there (does not recognise me scanning thumbs) and if I click proceed, it states "fingerprints must be scanned" (obviously)..

Questions:
1) What software did you use for the scanner when your's arrived or did you just plug it into a comp?
2) What windows operating software is your laptop running?
3) What java are you running?
4) Any exceptional steps during your registration process.
