Hello... Pls I'm currently having problem with my subscription. I subscribed on Tuesday morning around 10am (2/2/16) and i got a text that my subscription will expire on the 10th of march., infact i was browsing with my phone until around 8.32pm I received a text that my subscription has expired.!, i called ccr that night and i was told that the problem wud be rectified after 24 hours. The following day i

called severally yet nothing happened., i have bin calling ccr like five times each day since Wednesday yet nothing is bin done about it. I dont really know what to do again.

Note : my previous subscription was supposed to expire on the 30th but i reached the 'threshold
' before dat date.... My was so slow while browsing that i had to send 'expire' to 21600 like thrice
before i got a txt that my subscription has expired.

Pls what other step should i take again cos I'm tired of calling customer care. I'm currently using a friend 's phone and account to type this. Pls help

Through out dat day i was browsing with my phone until i received a text by 8.32pm that my subscription has expired. Ever since then i have bin calling mtn ccr like five times a day since Wednesday yet up till now the problem has not been rectified. I dont know what else to do. Pls any suggestion...?
