Also, the Russian Federation and other major oil producing States are making huge sales that is impacting the lives of their citizens as a result of the ongoing crisis in the Middle East

Nigeria's major source of foreign exchange is the 'black gold'! Can someone please tell us how much Nigeria has made so far as a result of the windfall? What is Nigeria's government doing with the windfall towards cushioning the effect of inflation on her citizens?
