I believe you....in okokomaiko area of lagos state...people mostly those aboki guys pic plastic from dustbin both en and dirty ones then sell it to those women selling the kuni and zoo who on turn just rinse the plastic with just water and put the product s in those plastic for unsuspecting buyers....this is have seen and still saw it this morning....
