This is not too early. Last year it was right about the same time. It might be and it might not be. They could still decide to add more people. But just few.

Hey Mr Izriel, some health certificates for Hepatitis B were written in short form as HBsAg..we were told to do another one writing it in full and then submitting on Monday for our good(as the Russians don't understand the short form). Please is there a problem if one fails to submit?

Your health certificated will be valid till you leave. They are going to submit those documents to the Russian embassy. Just make sure you have them. You might want to go to Abuja and get them cause you might be staying there for some days. Just my opinion. Congrats.
