The phone was delivered to me by DHL yesterday, am going to say the good and the bad sides of the phone 1. The phone camera is poor compared to my infinix hot note they lied about the camera which is not the 13mp as they said on the paper. 2. The phone battery is awesome it's really strong as they says which can last you for a day on heavy usage 3. The phone game performance is great I played games like virtual tennis,asphalt 8, gta san andreas, fifa14 , I also played psp games on the phone pes 2015 and wwe 2011 4. The phone charging process is quite long before reaching its peak as it's doesn't support flash charging 5. The phone came with no ear piece. Above all it's a good phone for it's price.

you can go for the cubot dinosaur instead,the only difference is that cubot h2 has 5000mah while cubot dinosaur has 4000mah apart from that the specs are almost the same.

Narrate your experience and request for immediate action from them.
Also, when you walk into GTB banking hall, there is usually a dedicated phone line for calling the Customer Care Head Office, use it and have live communication with them if you are not sure of their branch staff attitude.
Normally reversal may take days or a bit longer depending on the circumstances involved. I wish you success dear.

Sorry for the unfortunate bro, I think u should go back to Gtbank and complain again, seems the delay In ur refund is from dem, wen complaining be very serious cos it seems many of dis banks don't take dier customers serious.

Thanks for your quick response bro, I walked up to their customer agent the guy just told me come back after 8 working days I was so annoyed with their I don't care attitude no solution.

hi optimised and ikbtn, am having issues, I ordered for a phone on Ali express on 6th of this month my money was removed and my order was closed for security reasons, I contact Ali express customer service they said the money was refund immediately the order was closed that I should go to my bank. I went to Gtbank and lay my complaints to them since two weeks now my money is not yet refund. My first experience ordering from Ali Express was bad what should I do?

I will try Ali express, I think jumia intentionally remove the cheap price and leave the expensive one for people to buy.

I just check gear best website which is also an online store like jumia, the price is $119 which is 33 or 34k in Naira.

the phone hasnt shut down since i bought it, i make sure i charge it wen it gets to like 20%, and i don't charge till it reaches 100%,i stop charging at 95%, but the battery capacity is truly 4000+ cus it doesn't drain fast but it charges fast.

i got the phone yesterday and superb is the word for it.
This is the first chinese phone i will buy that will have the colour depth and clarity of all the Sonys, samsung, Htc , even Iphone.
i love the slim body and the curved body shape.
battery last long, the capacity is truly 4000+
it comes with a charger, glass screen protector and a transparent case but no earpiece
3gb ram makes everything smooth, toooo smooth
the touch screen is so soft and it brings me joy
This is definitely a good buy.

we are waiting for anticipated unboxing reviews.

Am using infinix hot note pro, this hot 3 1gb ram don't worth it on xui, infinix sucks at ram optimisation so I know what am saying.

am still not interested in this hot 3 1gb variant,even infinix produces 3000mah battery for hot 2 so am not bothered about the other listed specs unless the 2gb variant of hot 3 is released.
