I'm not Yoruba but I haven't read anywhere where Yorubas even in Brazil don't consider themselves Yorubas. Meanwhile, Anioma people detest being labeled Igbos.

Quickest way to start a fight with an Anioma person is to call him Igbo. Igbo is like a swear word.

The position of weakness is an embracing one because the position of weakness is getting Biafra at the negotiation table. In other words, getting Biafra isn’t the contention, getting Delta State is.

Igbanke (igbo akiri) are found in edo state.

Igbos are found in Ohaobu village in Ukanafun local govt area of Akwaibom.

Osekwenike, Abuetor and Eke Okpokri ar 3 igbo villages in Bayelsa state.

Go and tell those from Igbanke they're Igbos, good luck.

Your fellow Igbo was the one saying how powerful your people are in warfare. My rant is directed towards him.

You have to understand the mindset of these people. Their small size is making them seek aliances. There is an Ijaw political group that visited Ndoki kings in Abia state to convince them to align with Ijaws and deny being Igbos. These ijaw political groups invaded the Ndoki Facebook page too, to tell you how serious this movement is.

Their sizes makes them insecure, because history have shown that they can be crushed in a few days in a war with any majority ethnic group in Nigeria. So, they are going to people who do not even share the same language with them claiming kinship.

They are not the only one, even Bini with only 3 local government are doing the same thing. The Bini people in alliance with Urhobo (which is understandable) are hunting for alliance in Anioma groups, as far as Yorubas in Lagos state. They even invaded Ile Ife people group so those could come under their umbrella. Bini was invaded in one day by Biafra and less than 30 minutes by the British people. Put this into context, it took a 30 years war with Arochukwu for the British people to win the war with the Igbos at Arochukwu.

This makes them insecure, and they would seek for alliance anyway they can. They don't actually care for these people they are trying to claim, they have nothing much in common, they are just seeking for alliance.

Some of these monikers are just one and same people.
