This is what that British woman Kemi was talking about. We have the brains, the intelligence, and knowledge, but for some reason we are not progressing. It is a marvel. |
Chucks13:Sir I just googled it and it says she was born in the UK. I always thought she was born in Nigeria. |
diamond68:Everyday? Monkey taunts? That is not even true. Obama is a millionaire who lives in Martha's Vineyard. Most whites don't even have close to the success that man and his family have. He is the embodiment of the American dream. |
diamond68:My dear you are making wrong assumptions. I am 100% Nigerian. I am not seeking to be accepted by anyone. All my investments are in Nigeria and I do not claim to be an American. I came to America to study and to invest, not to become an American. |
diamond68:You are the one talking rubbish. I ask you geniuses again: is Donald Trump Scottish or German? Nothing about Trump's lineage factors into his present life. He is not identified as one and he does not present as one. If Trump's parents were Nigerians, you all will call him Nigerian and say he is running from his roots. White Americans don't do that. They see him completely as an American. Has Trump ever identified as a German American? Y'all keep running away from that simple question. The Italian, Polish, Irish- Americans are recent immigrants. Another generation and they are just American. Give up your backward way of thinking and step into the future. Leave tribalism and lineage alone. |
diamond68:My brother that is a very bad analogy. Of course a cat can never be a dog regardless of its circumstance. Answer me a simple question: is Donald Trump a European because all of his grandparents were Europeans? Of course not. He is an American from New York. His accent is from New York. His behavior and swag are from New York. His culture and manner of thinking are from New York. Not from Scotland or Germany. This is one area where we can learn from the whites. |
This is the problem with identifying people by their lineage instead of the environment in which they were raised and the place they identify with. No one ever tells Donald Trump to show allegiance or even acknowledge Scotland and Germany , even though his parents are from these countries. To be specific, his mother was born and raised in Scotland while his dad's parents were immigrants from Germany. Hugh Jackman's parents were English, but most people don't even know that. He is as Australian as can be. Helen Mirren's father was Russian. This happens to be so because whites tend to identify with the country they were born in. I have a friend here in the States who has full Igbo names. He was born and raised in California. Even his parents were also born and raised in the US, but his grandparents came to America in the 50s. He has never been to Nigeria before; doesn't speak a word of Igbo. Looks and sounds 100% like a Black American, but not only do so many of my fellow Nigerian friends insist on calling him Nigerian, they accuse him of abandoning his roots. LOL. Does that make sense? I have Edo friends who do not speak any Edo language but are fluent in the Yoruba language because of where they grew up. We need to rethink this idea of tribe and lineage. In the US, you will see a situation like this: a child will claim to be from California. His dad will claim to be from Texas while his mother will tell you that she is a native of a New York. Isn't that beautiful? Why should some people be blood-tied to their father's origin when they were not raised in or taught about the culture and language. Kemi is not Nigerian. She is British. She owes no allegiance to Nigeria because she is serving in a foreign land and therefore cannot be expected to serve two masters. Do not assume someone's culture because of their name. The world is evolving. Let us evolve with it. |
OfeAchi:Oga, did you watch those videos? Those women were so into him. They were kissing him and looking at him with doe eyes. You can't blackmail a woman into acting like that; it is impossible. The comments from many men on this site have just shown me that so many of us men do not understand women sexuality at all. Try to blackmail a woman into sleeping on tape with you and see where that will land you. Heck, so many of our African porn stars cover their faces when shooting, let alone women married to powerful men. They were there because of the good knacking. How can someone that is being blackmailed be grinning from ear to ear and adjusting the camera? Which kain blackmail be that? Did he also blackmail the president's wife's niece? Come on man! |
I saw that video years ago, but somehow y'all are claiming that the woman in this video took her own life because of Mr. Ebang's infidelities. Haba. Why do so many folks just accept everything without research? So many pages and everyone just accepted it as fact. It is so easy to deceive Nigerians. |
mytime24:My brother the thing tire me sef. Na ordinary lie I go lie, my conscience go just dey worry me up and down. I cannot conceive a world where I kill people, extract their organs, sleep at night and not go crazy from a guilty conscience. |
Datguy5:No brother we are absolutely not subhuman. We are extremely intelligent and full of potential. But we do not develop our countries; we flee instead of fighting; we go to countries that have already been built without fighting and building ours. The rest of the advanced world has left us far behind and we are stuck in reveling in old glory. |
Datguy5:A simple Google search? Lol. Another white man invention. We are here arguing amongst ourselves in a foreign language, while using devices created by foreigners. Lol |
Golan007:Who said anything about unclothedness? Are you drunk? That is what so many of you are good at: throwing insults instead of fixing the country and inventing things. Always angry. Animanu. |
We are all here using their language, mostly clad in their attire, and will do everything in our power to relocate to their land. Would you blame them for having such racist views? I have never seen a white person with an African name before but our institutions, laws, and religion are all foreign, so I can see why this neantherthal would hold such views. |
LegendHero:Oga, did you think this through? 250 million people = 250,000,000 1 million naira = 1,000,000 If each of these people is paid 1 million naira per month, the government will have to spend: 250,000,000 x 1,000,000 = 250,000,000,000,000 which is 250 trillion naira per month, and 3,000,000,000,000,000 = 3 quadrillion naira per year. We don't have that kind of money oga. |
Women empowerment and girl's education: 1.2 billion dollars. These are very critical areas but how did they spend the money? |
BadBradley:My point exactly. Black men are seen by them as sexual tools, nothing more. How many of them would introduce you to their family wholeheartedly? How many of those families would accept you? Do you think those women see Black men as top dogs? A lot of men all over the world also want to sleep with Black women; that doesn't imply that they value them. Black men are not seen as the symbol of masculinity. That is white men. White men are seen as conquerors and builders and inventors. Asian women worship white men. Even Black women do the same. And white women marry out the least. I don't know who deceived Black men into thinking that we are the symbol of masculinity. No inventions. No technology. No modern philosophy. Running to other men's countries when we don't build our own countries. Yet we are the symbol of masculinity? Really? |
BadBradley:And neither are Black men. Black men have been dominated by the whites and Asians and are at the bottom of the racial hierarchy. Every race has a first-world country except Black people. We cannot separate ourselves from Black women; if you think they are at the bottom, then so are we. Heck, you and I are conversing not in our mother tongue but in a tongue that was forced upon us. Folks from first world countries use their own languages and do not "japa" to already built countries. |
Africans and copy copy. Never doing anything original. Borrowed language. Borrowed religions. Borrowed civilization. Borrowed fashion. Borrowed system of government. LOL |
mightyhaze:My Oga, this one is very different. He will serve a minimum of 40 years in prison, and then, he can apply for parole and he will be denied. The American prison system can be very brutal. He will never get out. He is f*ked for life. The only way he is getting out is if the governor pardons him. |
Abeg which gym is that? It looks so clean |
If your father told you that he loved his mother more than your mom, how would you feel? |
The heartless comments from so many here are just so heartbreaking. You watched that video with the starving women and emaciated child but all you could do was cast stones at the poor women by calling them prostitutes. Why are so many of you so sick and heartless? Where is your humanity? And this is a country wherein so many claim to believe in God? Is this what your Jesus would have done? Shame on every single one of you! |
finallybusy:The word akata is derogatory. Please refrain from referring to our African American brothers and sisters with that vile word. Do better! |
It is categorically insane to me that I can freely enter South Africa with my western passport, but I can't do the same with my Nigerian passport. Dangote once lamented that foreigners have easier access to African countries than native Africans. This is deeply embarrassing. |
Paraman:Not true. If you naturalized and renounced your former citizenship, then you also can't be deported since you will only have 1 passport. Even still, to be deported as a naturalized is very hard. Subsection 10(1) of the Citizenship Act provides the Minister with the authority to revoke a person’s Canadian citizenship or a person’s renunciation of citizenship if it was obtained, retained, renounced or resumed by one of the following: * false representation * fraud * knowingly concealing material circumstances https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/canadian-citizenship/acquisition-loss/revocation.html |
Shokoloko:No problem. I am a naturalized American citizen myself, so I was very curious on how I could lose my citizenship. And I think you made some good points too because upon further research I realized that some Americans lost their naturalized citizenship because they molested children and engaged in terrorism. So there is that. |
