For goodness sake, at that rank you command a whole army Division. You can also be Chief of Army Staff as a Major General, similar to Maj Gen Buratai. In that exalted command, was he in the war front? If your court martial him, you have to court marshal the entire Division.

good you said major Gen... Kuti is a Brig gen.. they aren't mates.. and kuti being the CO takes responsibility the smaller officers can say they were acting under command... mind you a lot of officers have been dismissed from that unit.. including red collar officers...

I did not agree with Akpabio about dat particular streetlight at bolingo junction. I have never see dat streetlight not functioning before. It's one of the traditional streetlight in abuja. And those that are working give inappropriate signs that 2 drivers from different directions might actually be obeying the lights and then collide.
