Good evening Nairalanders, please I need some clarifications concerning my husband visa application. We got married after I applied for my student visa as single which was Dec 30th and I got my visa Jan 11. Now, the agent told us we have to wait till our marriage is 6months which will be around June before my husband could apply for dependent visa. Pls I want to know if that is true. Also, because lectures in the UK are still online with planned blended learning coming up soon.

UKVI and Universities are no longer under pressure to meet enrollment dates.

if the MBA was done outside the UK, u can decide to either include it or not in your application.


Cyber security and Data Science are actually conversion courses - this means you must not have bsc computer science or info tech background. But you should prove that you wont struggle as a student via your CV and/or personal statement

But since I want to be using just my Surname and first name henceforth, I only entered just the two when submitting my application and as expected the two names are the only names that appeared on my admission offer letter.
