If that is the case, then ptdf should have stated it clearly that they are just nominating for another body and it is not a ptdf scholarship. Perhaps people would have made other choices.

DAAD is the Germany government scholarship scheme but require Nominating body. PTDF is the nominating body of Nigeria.

DAAD Scholarship have the final say.

If you chose Germany or not, don't be scared, You might be among those recommended to France or China. That is the advantage of choosing the three countries.

Yes. I'm applying for PhD. If you have it among your documents then you should make it available to the panel. It's a plus. I had to insistingly present most of my documents even my awards and they were graded. They didn't necessarily ask for anything. That was one my strategy.

Your transcript will be assessed during the interview. Mine was during that of France/Germany/interview. I got mine from UI within 1week before the interview... And it really paid off. So try securing yours. Make sure you are requesting for a Student's Copy. That one takes a shorter time to secure and is cheaper. The Main transcript can be requested for after you get the admission.

Maybe d person want to help him on the UK version of the scholarship, so that PTDF can shortlist him for d interview. I do not think that SOP will be what they will use to do d final selection, I guessed we have passed the SOP stage.

forget age, age factor is no longer used henceforth. Academic merit AND most especially a Powerful Personal Statement(that is original and free from plagiarism) is mainly used.
