White men also get shot by the by the police in America, to a higher degree( last I read), but media, knowing how emotionally "unstable" some people are when race in involved, you get stories of blacks shot by police airing even more than shootings of whites by police. Northern Nigeria will never want Igbos in positions in the military coz they want our region to be vulnerable whenever they decide to attack so if USA is offering Igbos the chance I say join it and get the BEST MILITARY TRAINING, learn about the latest technologies, weapons and lets see what happens when they strike us again.
