Okay  women do have a responsibility in passing down the "mother tongue" Okay let me give you that.
Men jobs are to protect their culture and country (women, children, etc). If that is not done, then how can the mother pass down something when African men allow outsiders to dictate their culture. A culture can not be passed down without anyone protecting it from outside influences.
