This thread reminds me of one stupid durent fellow. He opened a thread talking about mathematics, bragging about how he loved solving it and asking why Nigerians don't consider signing up for the course. The i-mbecile took pleasure in blasting opposing and educating views -- claiming Nigerians were just too lazy to try and understand numbers as opposed to essays.

Half a year later the dummy opened another thread, asking for advice on what course he could change to, citing his result of F-parallel in the so-loved maths course. He took a more humble tone, listening more to advice and views. I guess experience teaches the best, ey?

The truth is, a lot of people on this forum are ill-informed, creating opinions about things they know nothing of. The good thing is they've opened accounts here -- a first step to enlightenment. Things will only get better from here.

Although the Op is Lie Mohammed nephew, there's an atom of truth in what he said. I studied Mechanical and Marine Engineering, we only had two ugly ladies in the entire department then. I could only looked at pretty ladies from afar in other departments and it was not funny at all. There was no time anyway because the course was dam too difficult and stressful.

The truth is, most Nigerians ladies don't like stress. They normally opt for 'less stressful' courses. No course is useless in advance countries maybe because of our environment. Op too is useless for saying that

I don't play hard to get. I always know early on if someone is a potential or not. It's all about the mental connection for me. The only issue that could slow down the process, is when I'm trying to warm up to the person emotionally. Falling in love is not an easy task. So I may need a bit of time to negotiate with myself. It's always useful to start off as friends, since some of us don't warm up to the idea of love pretty quick.
