· Recommend assets for disposal in line with company policy and oversee the disposal process to ensure good housekeeping
· Approve all invoices in and out of the Assets, Logistics And Maintenance Division
#Requirments:
· HND / B.Sc. Social Science or Engineering
· 5 - 15 years’ experience in Asset maintenance / management
· Must have a current driver's license and good driving record.
· Must possess a balance of the technical, human relations and conceptual skills required to achieve results through subordinate supervision.

HIRING- QAQC Civil/Structural Inspector in Port Harcourt

Our client is a renowned Building and Civil Engineering Construction company operating in Nigeria.

Duties
Enforce quality on the work/services, work processes, and workmanship onsite.
Perform pre-placement and post-placement inspections for concrete works
Check block laying, plastering, painting of the buildings, floor screeding, tiling, kitchen/sanitary wares and ceiling installations, and prepare and sign-off inspection checklist with NLNG.
Prepare daily inspection notification to NLNG.
Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection & Test Plan according to project requirements.
Ensure that all materials, production and workmanship comply with the company standard and client specifications, and all relevant industry standards.

Key Requirements
Relevant quality training degree or certificate
Civil Engineering qualification (HND, BSC or equivalent)
Min of 5years experience

Abilities Required
Determined work ethic and must be seen to be professional at all times (communication and presentation)
Must be computer literate with sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
