Interesting discussion. I have been to Cotonou twice to purchase vehicle for personal use. 2008 and 2012. I have no regret at all. I'm planning the third trip. Two major benefits: ability to select from large stock and low price. I think success or failure largely depend on the integrity of the agent you follow. And I belief it is necessary to follow one.
