The primary purpose for its establishment is to provide training for power sector personnel and coordinate training activities in the sector. My friends you have said that NAPTIN has given and provided a FIRST class training to you, how has this program set up by NAPTIN to make you more valuable to yourself be a SCAM? If NAPTIN is a scam then all institutions of learning are SCAM. We go through schools, programs, training etc to increase our chances of being favorable for employment and a better future, but there is no guaranty that the value you obtain will bring about the desired outcome. You do not know what SCAM is... NAPTIN has fulffiled her obligation in regard to your invested money in the she training she gave you. In your words, "the quality of the training we received was "first class " ranging from the classroom exposure in our respective regional training Centres (RTCs), to our sectorial and sub-sectorial practical field jobs, infact, while on the field we worked alongside seasoned Engineers and sometimes expatriates in carrying out routine maintenance, repairs and installations jobs." Sorry about your predicament friends, many have benefited and many more will still benefit, maybe its not your time yet, wait patiently it will come and most probably in BIG way. Cheers!
