BullBearMkt: BANKING INDEX SHOWING ACCUMULATION AND CLOSE TO DEMAND LEVEL
A closer look at NSE Banking sector indicates that the price has fallen up to the level where smart monies will start buying while many others are still selling. What makes it more interesting is that accumulation is already ongoing. Apart from FBNH and recently WEMA bank, most banking stocks are on massive decline.
This is the high time to start looking for a stock of interest to invest into at a demand level or better still, wait for the confirmation of rally before jumping into any banking stock.
As an example, below, I show the charts for Diamond and Fidelity Banks support level (highlighted zones) and dotted line to show confirmation of rally when price close above it.

Bollinger: Trade ideas;
Sell EURNZD for a TP of 16570. SL 16937.
Sell EURCAD for a TP of 14407. SL 15357. Now for this pair, it's really fifty fifty at this point because it's direction is confirmed. It's very bullish but it still has not created it's trendline. It could decide not to (just like EURUSD didn't) and keep heading up, but based on statistics of past patterns, there is a 50 percent chance that it would retrace and do so. Point is, it's bullish but i'm hoping it retraces to form a solid trendline. It won't retrace much |

Business › Re: Naira Quoted At 253/$ As Interbank Market Opens by Mftivi: 11:36am On Jun 20, 2016 |
PassingShot: You said NOTHING.
The major factor in our currency losing its value was unavailability of government dollars to meet demand for dollars.
And the situation with crash in the crude price (largest earner of our foreign currency) plus squandering of the reserves we had by the last administration during the last election, mean that we do not have the capacity to defend the naira or provide dollars demanded by the market. I disagree with what you said about the foriegn reserve you and I knew what happened to it. |

tbaba1234: It is currently at 257.. Let's see how the day ends... There is pent-up demand so it could end around 280 today... But it will still stabilize at around 250.. the he question is who will sell at that rate to you? Haba una no fit understand simple thing. #250/$ and then ? What ? Dollar will fall from heaven? |
Business › Re: CBN New Forex Rate Policy Announced by Mftivi: 7:52am On Jun 16, 2016 |
Doyin2: And you are tactically wrong!
Devaluation is a deliberate reduction in the value of Naira to a fixed and specific rate.E.g N300 to 1 Dollar.
But what CBN has done is to allow market forces to determine the real value of the Naira which is unknown yet,to he determined by the forces of demand and supply.
Thus the Naira could either appreciate or depreciate,determined by supply and demand. Hence tactically devalued |
