Hello everyone, I recently booked an appointment for Immigration Medical Examination at IOM MHAC Lagos, Nigeria. However, my appointment status is showing as cancelled and I'm unsure how to proceed with payment. Can anyone please guide me on what steps I should take next? Hello everyone I need help and clarification on some questions I’m in the process of filling my student permit application I’m not sure if the Imm 1294 and family information IMM are still required because I don’t see any where to upload this forms.
