Romance / How To Buy Your Man/woman Before The Deal Comes - Future Spouse by MhiztaPwinceeh(m): 8:33pm On Aug 09, 2016
There is the need for a young person to be mature, before thinking of going into marriage.

If you are living a dirty life there is no way you can expect the Lord to give to you a young man or young lady who has been preserving herself or himself. You will surely get your type.

This is not a curse but an eternal truth.

Thank God all forms of kidnapping, "avenging", "IPOBing", "Boko haraming", " herdsmening", pipeline vandalism and terrorism will cease for the period Pele will be in Nigeria.

It happened in 1967 during the civil war, it can still happen again!
It's alright.

Have you got what it takes?

When managing small business you need many qualities and skills. You will not rely on the kind of support you would receive at any larger company. You certainly need good interpersonal skill; the ability to communicate well with different people in different situation.

Sound commercial skill will enable you to make wise decisions, not least, being able to spot a business opportuinity and act on it. Knowledge brought about by experience helps you to make important decisions. You learn from your successes and failures.
Every business manager has to be able to sell, whether it is products to customers or the concept of your business to a bank manager, for example. Many small business managers struggle with selling but, no matter how good your idea is, you should be able to sell it.

Passion, commitment and hardwork are all crucial. People need to put in many hours when trying to establish a business, but the need for this usually lessens after the business is started and runs for a while.

You will need plenty of courage and determination. People will reject you. Having overall responsibility will make you feel lonely at times, but you will enjoy the challenges and they give you immense satisfaction when things go right.

Remaining organized is very vital. It helps you to stay in control, prioritize your tasks, deal with demanding workloads and get the most out of your time.

I also think it is important to realize your limitations and get others to do certain things for you. It pays to know when to delegate. Being in your own business is definitely a lifestyle choice.

ACCESS YOUR QUALITIES
* Are you disciplined, determined and committed, hardworking and enthusiastic?

* Are you an effective communicator who is able to sell your products, yourself and your ideas?

* Do you have a "winning spirit" to champion your business idea consistently, even while others around you may not be so enthused? You will need to be.

* Do you believe in yourself? If you don't, others will not.

* Are you creative and innovative? Are you focused and have strong drive to be successful?

* Are you patient, resistant and resourceful? This will be knock-backs and you will not always get everything right. It is how you deal with such situation that counts.

YOUR NO BOUNDARIES TO SUCCESS
1. Your ability to take person initiatives.
2. Your ability to respond positively to all challenges and learn from your mistakes/others.
3. Your ability to persist in the face of adversities and to be resilient if you have all these in you, your chances of success are great.

Another most important thing is to recognize your weakness and work on them.
Be able to:
1. Overcome your shortcomings
2. Enhance your knowledge
3. Stay as you are
4. Bring forth an IDEA
5. Succeed - be in a strong position.

Summary:
You can learn how to run a business successfully!
Based on the information you've sofar gathered about your idea, knowledge, skills and personal qualities, do you honestly think you have what it takes to run a business successfully?
If you are convinced, that your BUSINESS IDEA is viable, that you have what it takes and that it really is what you want to do congratulations. You are in a strong position.
