Oga you are lying. The isrealites had a specific day for sabbath. If you don't know that day, it means you are not Obeying the sabbath law. Nowhere does the Bible say that the sabbath day is any day that anyone chooses.

Ofcus God has blessed everybody, we are entitled to make money BUT tithes is a special rout. Tithing is recognising and submitting your wealth to God just as you send your money to bank for safety and profit from interests and later banks will give u more ideas how to invest and make more money.

Your resting day (Sabbath) can be Monday just like East now Jewish ideology, it can be Saturday or Sunday (Christianity) or it can even be Friday (Muslims) there is no specific day.

People preach or talk on a model they know.The pastor is speaking from the model he knows. He has seen people pay time and it works for them and he cant say otherwise. If you feel the model is wrong, u are free to create your own model that has worked for u. Everybody is entitled to what works for them but calling anoda persons model wrong because u dont understand the model does not make u right

If you give 90% of your increase, it's no longer a tithe. Tithe is 10% and no more. It would be safer if you use the phrase "sacrificial persistent giving"...

A lot of them don't even understand the meaning of the word 'tithe'. They think it means just merely giving to people or pastors.

Did any pastor carry gun or pressure anybody to pay? I think we all have free will nobody is compelling anoda person to pay. If you dont have that conviction to pay; leave it and if you have the conviction to pay, pay..... WHAT LOOKS LIKE 6 TO U TO ANODA PERSON IT IS A 9

If you say that pastors are not pressuring anyone to pay tithe, why do pastors like the one on this thread only tell their members of good things that happen to those that pay tithe but hardly talk about the good things that also happen to those who do not pay tithe?
Is it that they believe that something is actually special about paying tithe even when the bible does not say so?

that is why i said do what works for you. My tithing is giving generously to people around especially my parents. Urs might e be a pastor. Just do what works for u. But the most important thing is not to attack those who do it or dont do it

Whether one chooses to tithe or not is a personal decision. Pressuring others to pay tithe is actually wrong. There is no command binding on Christians to tithe.

How many of you watched the video? the answer is i did and honestly, i see nothing wrong with what they said. If u think tithing works for u, do it and if it does not work u , dont do it,. It is as simple as A, B,C. I dont pay tithe but however, i still buy tithe by giving what i have to my parent because they are my spiritual leaders. IF u ask me, tithing does not mean giving to a pastor but giving dues to whom dues are meant to be given, However, a lot of us here do not even knw how to appreciate. That is where issues come in. ....... Learn to help others and not always urself. That should be the message

Giving generously from what you have to people who have needs is different from tithing. Tithing means giving strictly 10% of what you have. The bible encourages Christians to be generous without any limitation of a 10%. Whether it is below 10% or above, God loves a cheerful giver.

It is only those that loves God and want to sincerely see his ministry move forward that will see nothing wrong with tithing.. You are not required to pay tithe under the doctrine of grace, yes it was a law. But Christ encouraged that we continue to pay tithe but we must be obedient to God's will and expectations for our lives.
