I was speaking to you about practically discovering that yourself the other day wasn't I?

With courage, you can do that too. You can go through the process of dying beholding your physical body on lying down.

If you can't, you must have heard how relatives of people who have supposedly died contacting hem with information even on how they want their burial to go or where they kept something that could help the family they left.

You can take those accounts as testaments to the reality of those who proved Soul does not only survive death, Soul is actually indestructible by even Jehovah of the Christians and the rulers above him.

Lol.....so you mean there is no reliable source of this your information, you are actually banking on hearsay?

Please where does the Bible teach that soul is indestructible by Jehovah?

Yes

Lol...ok....so where did you get the information that the soul does not die?

chieveboy:
Lol. It isn't "lying".

At a time, the people who wrote the bible of the religion of Judaism which Christians used in their own bible thought the Sun revolved around the earth, when in fact it was the opposite. This is why the scientists called Galileo ran into trouble with the "bible" (Church). Is he trying to say the Bible was lying?, so they almost killed him for this when in fact he was telling them the truth.

They even thought the Sun actually 'rises' and 'sets'. They believed the earth had edges and people could fall off if they ventured too far. This believe lasted several thousand years making people in Europe not travelling to the Americas because they believed they will fall off the edge of the earth.

This is why Christopher Columbus's "discovery" of America is important for the white man. He discovered people don't fall of and he found a race of people they called the Red Indians.

Finding out that people existed in America gave rise to another question of "Is the bible lying?":

If God destroyed the earth via flood and only Noah's people and offspring populated the earth (which they believed where those from the middle east and Europe.), how did the people in this land have strange skins? who is their patriarch from Noah's genealogy? Noah had no red-skinned son...

The Bible for your information is a collection of books pooled from different backgrounds especially from the religion of Judaism and later letters and notes from people who associated themselves with Jesus Christ. It is not like it is a scientifically or factually-binding book of knowledge in the sense you construe it even though it holds several factual information.

This means it may contain information that will need more clarification or an outright correction for factuality.

So to cut the long story short. The idea that the soul dies in Ezekiel 18:4 is false. Yes or no?

If you extracted the lesson in the story I told you about Galileo I gave you earlier, perhaps you will see that it is one thing for something like a book to claim one thing and it is another for reality to show a different thing.

So the bible is lying here right?
