All blackberry has wifi hotspot unless you are referring to mobile hotspot. My 9900 is the new version of 9900 so it comes with wifi, mobile hotspot, bluetooth, near field communication.

I also have some 9930 with mobile hotspot, is all about having the lastest os on the phone and you are good to go.

9900 supports only GSM and is 4G enabled for networks that supports 4G. The sim slot is supported by all GSM networks in Nigeria

9930 supports both GSM and CDMA and 3G enabled. The sim slot is not supported by all GSM networks in Nigeria.

They are not refurbished. Browsing on a phone is determine by the network subscribers and not really the device. The device can only boost it but if the network is an epileptic network then the device won't really help. Thanks
